The support agents are very helpful

The support agents are very helpful. I recently had an experience with an agent who spent quite a bit of time, trying a variety of different things to solve the issue of the phone not working entirely with their service. I appreciated her patience as well as her persistence in working out technical glitches.

Two iphones sold by Redpocket stopped working for logic board failure

I purchased an iPhone SE 3 from RedPocket, but it stopped working due to a logic board issue shortly after the one-year warranty expired. Since the repair cost was too expensive, I decided to purchase an iPhone 15 instead. However, the iPhone 15 also failed within 10 months—again due to a logic board issue. Even worse, just three months after getting the logic board replaced at an Apple Store, the phone stopped powering on. RedPocket couldn't do anything about it. Am I just incredibly "lucky"?
