Phone service is great. However the method to renew is a nightmare. They need a simple pay here page with no pop up ads. The 2 minute phone deal, well they can't tell you how to pay other than go to eBay. maybe having a non Geek 78 year old help develop a pay here page would stop heart-attacks for potential customers.

The worst I have ever experienced with any company ever. They brag about using AT&T towers yet the coverage was horrid at best and when I complained and wanted my money back (something they agreed to) the only way they would refund is by me giving them the number I have personally had for yrs. when I went to chance my company back to cricket they refused to unlock my line and not Cricket but AT&T had to personally threaten them to get them to unlock my service, I never got my money back within the worst seven days of service I ever had.

Stephen was helpful. He was able to reset my vm so that I now have access to it. I am very satisfied with my RedPocket Mobile service, however, I have never been able to retrieve voicemails via "press 1" or by selecting the "new voicemail" icon on my phone. Instead, I have to call my phone number. I believe it is due to the fact that I do not use a smartphone but it would be nice to be able to use that feature. Thank you.

alehandro was great. other lady too, more recently. even if she couldn't solve my [texts to email] problem, she did her best. very smart, the both of them. i see now today that a,t,&t did away with texts for email. so you guys are stuck. seems that some programs exist fir businesses but i'm sure i won't pay for that. i will seek what is cost tho. you guys are best!

I recently purchased our first Iphone (switching from Andriod) for my wife. Trying to upgrade and activate phone from SIM to Esim was a challenge with Red Pocket. Not sure what the issue eventually was but I spent several days working on issue. I requested the issue be "escalated" to management and fortunately was forwarded to Joy ( CSR supervisor)- she was wonderful!!!!! Joy was patient, professional, courteous, and most of all stayed with the problems till each challenge was overcome. I am so thankful for her efforts!! She got our phone acitvated and ALSO saved a customer thru her excellant service. Thank you Red Pocket for employing such capable employees. Mike
