Their customer service is fantastic. They’ve always helped me troubleshoot issues patiently and stick with it until it’s resolved. We’ve had them for years and found the service comparable to other user’s experience of Verizon in our area. We didn’t notice a difference when we first switched and still find that when others have issues with service we either have the same or fewer concerns. BUT - the cost and the customer service are SOOO much better than Verizon. Make the switch. It’s painless, and you’ll wish that you did it sooner!

Red pocket is far more concerned about your non- refundable payment than the actual customer porting into this deceitful phone company. The copy and paste 4 paragraphs of (how to port your number into red pocket) is mind numbing. It's pretty cool also of the agent to bolt the chat session 2 seconds after pasting of "how to port in"? The first thing while chatting with another agent was the non-refundable payment? Nothing about my issues/problems of porting in or out of red pocket nor my phone number being lost? This is a horrible phone company that cares more about money than it's customers. Oh and my due date is 12-31-1969 for my bill. Please allow me 24-48 hours for an update to your reply. Thank You Red Pocket: You never even looked at my port in obviously? My due date is listed as 12-31-1969 on my next bill? I thought you looked into this and my port in information? Redpocket you had my phone # for 5 days...5 Days. ZERO updates and every time I called was the same runaround? please allow 24-48 hours for an update? I find it strangely odd also when I was forced to get the BBB and the Attorney General involved in this fiasco that I had to go through to get this resolved? My phone # was finally released to me rather quickly and I was never informed it was released by redpocket either? Let's move on: A refund will be issued as long as your usage remains under 250 talk minutes, 250 texts, or 1GB of data. I'm still waiting for this "refund" also? I can assure you my minutes, texts, and 1GB of data was never used on my end.

My account is on autopay. every few months i need to put the card # back in because they lost it. And beings the card number is associated with my account,I can't use the same number. I need to add a new card. To add a card, I need to put in a 6 digit code which I cant get because my phone has no service, because it did not renew automatically therefore I cannot recieve texts. It totally stinks! Update: Red pocket contacted me telling me they are taking the review seriously. They now set it up that I can recieve my 6 digit code by email. They also offered a bonus month free on all my lines. There however was a glitch, so they could not do it then. Maybe tomorrow. I did not check if it is in my account or not. They asked me to edit my review. This did not take care of the initial problem. They lost my card # on subscription 3-4 times in the past year. We then lost service and I needed to chat for over an hour each time to reinstall service. You cannot run a business with no phone service.

Had an issue with getting e-sim gsma vs cdma. Got Leslie on the chat. Leslie answered all of my questions and was able to get me up and going in no time. Awesome customer service. Would highly recommend.

Future Naturals motivation the number one thing that I can appreciate in every company is its customer service. If you have a lousy customer service I cannot stand your company but red pocket has great customer service I am totally thrilled that they have such great customer service reps
