Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Superb customer service

Superb customer service, they provide optimum broadband quality and put the customers needs first which you don't see a lot nowadays. Just spoke with the CEO and he seemed really helpful, looking forward to the service.

Best Broadband Customer Service!

I live in a top floor flat conversion and have had so much difficulty setting up wifi. Other company's engineers have told me it's not possible to get full fibre but then other websites have told me I can and confused me with jargon or had long 24m contracts. I found Rebel broadband and finally was able to explain my situation to a real human who knew what they were talking about. Tucker George, the CEO himself, returned my call and was extremely helpful with my queries and setting up an appointment for an engineer. I turned to this service because of the great reviews and am not disappointed! N.B: Have not yet had the services installed so this review is of the customer service.

A Breath of Fresh Air !

I cannot fault the service or product supplied by Rebel Internet. Compared to some other providers that I have had , they communicate well and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Definitely recommended.

Superb customer service, faultless internet

Superb customer service, they have always replied within a couple of hours! Broadband speed is exactly what I was told I’d get! there may be cheaper deals out there but if you want a faultless service, Rebel is the one to choose! I cannot recommend Rebel Internet enough!

Easy switching experience - done in five minutes

Perfect experience. Five mins needed from my side in total (incl. one min to fill out the form for switching)! Switch happened while I was traveling Friday late afternoon with full transparency: 1. Got an update on when the switch was happening > 2. When I was charged first > 3. Got informed that an engineer came by to do the switch for my flat but without any contact or entering the flat. I arrived Sunday night a bit nervous that the internet would not work, but the only thing I had to do was plug in the router and the Superpod with easy instructions and I had perfect connection. The wifi is so much better now throughout the entire flat. Love it

Rock solid internet speeds

Stumbled across Rebel internet and was hesitant at first as it seemed relatively unknown but so glad we decided to go with it. Internets speeds have been rock solid and installation was super easy. It’s refreshing having internet that just works. Couldn’t be happier with the service so far and the customer service is top tier.

Thought I would write a review after having Rebel Internet for 60.days , the instillation was on time as promised and very quick instillation by the engineer,the set up was easy and not a problem at all so far , Internet speed is fast as promised and Great for my daughter's gaming on her pc and tablet, price is excellent too so all in all I recommend for anyone to try revel Internet you will not be disappointed πŸ‘Œ
