Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Just joined Rebel Broadband and I am so impressed with their services. I had bad speeds and they helped me to enjoy a good internet. They sent 3 engineers to fix the problem, all the engineers told me that I could not get the speed that Rebel promised me but in the end, I got it. Rebel put pressure on them and they fixed my speed in the end Is such a shame that the big companies are doing this on purpose. Thank you Rebel you are going to make a difference if you continue to be like this. "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog"

Needed a new provider as to a move &…

Needed a new provider as to a move & seen the advert for Rebel. Fed up of main providers getting all the custom so signed up . Everything ran smoothly kept me in the loop with everything . And since my account went live 2 months ago the WiFi has been awesome no dipping , extra pod works wonders for my gamer son too...really happy so far ....

Flexible terms great

Finally internet that actually works

Finally internet that actually works! After a long history of connection issues with other companies and very poor customer service, I did some research and came across these guys. An absolute breath of fresh air! The set up was so simple, I was suspicious that it wouldn’t work. But it did and the connectivity has been faultless. A have a three bedroom house and we don’t even need any of the pods. The customer service is responsive, human and helpful. A quick email and someone emails you back very quickly. Any issues or questions are dealt with. No longer waiting in queues with souless call centres. Cannot recommend them more highly. Make the switch and give the big boys a run for their money!

AVOID Rebel and go elsewhere

My boyfriend has been trying to set up a new internet connection with Rebel since August!! The complete lack of communication from this company is an absolute joke as when they are applying for a direct debit, my boyfriends bank is flagging up Rebel as suspicious. Maybe as it's not a well known company. Regardless what Rebel do is automatically cancel my boyfriends installation date WITHOUT giving him the option to inform his bank to sort it out. Twice this has happened now and twice it has been cancelled. After the first cancellation he informed Rebel what had happened and rearranged installation waiting another month for the same issue to happen and Rebel just cancelled installation yet again!! What a joke when Rebel had already had this issue explained to them. They just cancelled his installation and he's lost his slot he'd waited another month for. He's never had ANY issues with setting up other direct debits in the past such as Virgin Media etc. He's taken the day unpaid off work etc and is STILL without internet. What a shower of a company Rebel is, it is ridiculous. He's now decided to go with BT. Advice to you Rebel, ring your new customers and communicate if there's an issue. To other potential customers, I would seriously go elsewhere.
