AVOID Rebel and go elsewhere
My boyfriend has been trying to set up a new internet connection with Rebel since August!! The complete lack of communication from this company is an absolute joke as when they are applying for a direct debit, my boyfriends bank is flagging up Rebel as suspicious. Maybe as it's not a well known company. Regardless what Rebel do is automatically cancel my boyfriends installation date WITHOUT giving him the option to inform his bank to sort it out. Twice this has happened now and twice it has been cancelled. After the first cancellation he informed Rebel what had happened and rearranged installation waiting another month for the same issue to happen and Rebel just cancelled installation yet again!! What a joke when Rebel had already had this issue explained to them. They just cancelled his installation and he's lost his slot he'd waited another month for. He's never had ANY issues with setting up other direct debits in the past such as Virgin Media etc. He's taken the day unpaid off work etc and is STILL without internet. What a shower of a company Rebel is, it is ridiculous. He's now decided to go with BT. Advice to you Rebel, ring your new customers and communicate if there's an issue. To other potential customers, I would seriously go elsewhere.
