Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

I have had nothing but issues with this…

I have had nothing but issues with this company. The wifi drops connection all the time. They email and give you troubleshooting instructions. Then the issue happens again and again this has been on going for months now and were tired of this problem. We had engineer out. STILL the issues are happening. This is enough now. No i would not recommend to ANYONE. go to another provider

Fast but pricey

What I really like about Rebel is the reliabiltiy and the fact I can have a rolling month contract and not be tied in for 24 months when I am only renting for 12 months. Internet is a basic need and if you are on low income, I am not, you may not be able to commit to a long contract. However, that being said the setup cost and the monthly fee for 1 Gbps it is more than double what I was paying in Spain for a 10 Gbps monthly rolling contract.

Smooth switch, good experience

The ISP provider switch was very smooth and service quality is also so far very good The provided router is good quality as well. However, you don't have direct access to the router interface via web. Configuring your network requires logging in an already setup account in homepass application. So technically if you get logged out and there is no internet you might lose access to controlling your network.

Amazing Service and Customer Support

Amazing Service and Customer Support. I chose rebel as i needed reliable broadband but on a rolling contract short term due to my property purchase. I placed my order, was up and running in no time and used my own kit, i found it was activated before time and since its been connected its been rock solid. i chose the 1gb service and its been faultless. Ive just cancelled the service as i am moving out and this process was painless. I would stick with rebel but they dont have FTTP at my new location so have to go with a certain "first time" provider which i know wont be as reliable. When FTTP is enabled i will be back to rebel though!

Best monthly internet deal in UK. No contract prisoners

Amazing customer service. Feel liberated that I don't have to be tied up on lengthy contracts of 12-18 months. Monthly contract, can disconnected any time. Excellent speed. No pods required for the small three bedroom semi detached house. Try to put the router in the middle of the house. Thank God, no Indian service call center. No cheeky over billing once the contract is over like in virgin media

Excellent service and customer support

Excellent service. Been with rebel 3 months now. They turned up when they said they would to install. The internet has always work above the advertised speeds. Fantastic customer service support. Recently our builders accidentally cut through our internet cable. Phone Rebel at 5pm in the evening was repaired by 9am the next morning. No charge. Does exactly what they say. Would definitely recommend.
