Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Great!

Was looking for a wifi provider with a monthly contract. Very easy to use and convenient as it can be managed through the app. Rebel Internet was very quick in their responses and always acting promptly when I ran into any issues.

5 stars after a bumpy start

We have recently trialled Rebel internet as we live in one of the few areas of London not linked up by fibre optics. Rebel internet offers enhanced routers that work with traditional phone lines maintained by Openreach. We live in an old property converted to flats. It turned out that the initial installation was partial as the engineer didn’t locate the main line into the building. We had many outages and faults because the router was plugged into one of the secondary extensions in the flat and the data was backing up in the different parts of our circuit. We know all this because of an exceptional Openreach engineer, Ali, who in combination with the amazingly responsive Rebelinternet HQ team, diagnosed and sorted out the problem. So after a slightly bumpy start I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service is second to none and for the first time in a year we have stable, decent broadband speeds. I can also check my speeds from anywhere in the world. Awesome!

True five star service.

The switching process was very easy and handled by new ISP. Installation on time as agreed. Can't fault them. Proper FTTP connection at gigabit speed. No more constant hiccups like with FTTC I had before. Got a router as requested, I have a couple of wired connections I prefer to stay wired. No long contract, and more than reasonable price. All in all, happy with the choice.

They said I would have internet in 3…

They said I would have internet in 3 weeks. After 2 weeks moved it by 3 more weeks. On the day of installation moved it again by one more month. Asked for a refund, two months later still haven't received one. Update: I do have my refund now, but after I posted the review here they tried to get me to remove it by trying to gaslight me that it was factually incorrect. Trying to put blame on OpenReach for delays on internet and my bank for declining the refund previously. So it's all everyone else's fault apparently... They threatened to put a complaint with Trustpilot that will have my account here banned or something... The person was quite disrespectful calling me unreasonable multiple times.

Best broadband bar none

We were so fed up of the usual advertised businesses so we have Rebel a go. Oh my word! Delivery before promised date, set up on the day, perfect from day 1, 2 months in and no drop of signal, no glitches, no issues adding an electric car charger, exceptionally easy control of all the devices in the home. You can pause, time or switch if broadband for each device individually without going through a million procedures. Best I've seen since the inception of broadband.

We have been let down by many large…

We have been let down by many large internet companies, I feel that Rebel wifi actually cares about its customers, not only that but the wifi is very fast for what we are paying and has been very reliable. I highly recommend!
