Ich wundere mich über die hier schlechten Rezessionen. Spiele seit zig Jahren bei Race Bets und wurde noch nie eingeschränkt natürlich in Bezug auf die voreingestellten Limits. Für mich der beste Pferdewettenanbieter am Markt.

Der Kundenservice von RaceBets Deutschland ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe! Wenn man ein paar Euro durch Boniaktionen und Gratiswetten gewinnt, wird man ganz schnell von diesen Aktionen ausgeschlossen. Per Nachfrage über den Kundensupport oder vor Ort auf der Rennbahn wird einem nicht geholfen und man wird vertröstet oder auf die AGB verwiesen, welche nichts genaues aussagen. Angeblich hat man gegen irgendwelche Regeln und Bestimmungen verstoßen. Zur Krönung wird einem das Konto gelöscht und jegliche Möglichkeit genommen sich erneut anzumelden. Sicher ist es besser so! Zum Glück gibt es noch andere hervorragende Wettanbieter im Bereich Galopprennsport, die zudem einen ausgezeichneten Kundensupport pflegen.

Don't expect any freebets
I got in to horse racing this year following the Cheltenham Festival this year never previously been into gambling, with little other sport currently on I have been following the US racing. This company are advertising on a horse racing site - at the races - offering £20 in free bets if you place £10 qualifying bet at odds greater than 1/2. So I clicked the linked signed up, placed a £10 qualifying bet on quite a famous horse in a main stream event which actually lost. I thought oh well I've got a couple of free bets. These were never received. I have contacted their customer services, sent numerous emails, proved my identity, given them ample opportunity to rectify this, they never properly or directly answered my questions but I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or promotions and they sent me some copy and pasted terms and conditions about duplicate accounts. Like other reviewers have stated earlier, I have never registered with this company before and they have not provided a specific reason why they have not honored there side of this offer. In short, I would not recommend using this site, I certainly would not bother if you are expecting any free bets and given my limited experience of online betting the worst betting company/site I've come across.

Dishonest company go elsewhere
Joined up under a promotional deal (so I thought) where you had to place a bet first and then get credited in free bets for the rest of the card. Waited for free bets and when they didn’t appear got in touch with customer support who said my account wasn’t eligible (as apparently it’s their discretion to award bonuses or not - and no I hadn’t ever had an account with them or anything like that before) so I said well I’d like to cash out my initial bet then as that’s why I placed it. Told no on that too as apparently you need a “valid reason” to cancel a bet. Absolute scam artists clearly.

Dont believe anybody that writes a positive review, obviously racebets stooges... How it works: 1) You signup 2) You deposit 3) you place first bet 4) they limit you to SP only total scam merchants how they havent been shutdown i dont know, completely useless for any sort of serious "race" betting..joke site

Great site/customer service
Read a lot of negative reviews about bets being restricted, which hasn't happened for me, but then again I've been winning AND losing, which is how it goes. Furthermore, when signing up and attempting to activate the sign up bonus to receive the 3 × £10 free bets, I misread the T&Cs and my bet wasn't at Fixed odds meaning it didn't qualify. They allowed me to place a second bet and still added the 3 x free bets as a good will gesture. Absolutely no complaints so far!

Its a waste of time joining racebets because they won't let you do fixed odds betting. Some on this thread are saying they were blocked from fixed odds because they won money. But in fact I lost all my bets with them over a period of about three days and they still blocked me so its not winning that's the problem. They are in breach of the rules though surely if they make out you can do fixed odds to draw you in then block you for no reason. Also they use "effect" where they should have used "affect" in their email to punters.

The biggest scammer bookie out there! I signed up to Racebets, placed 3 bets (small stakes, the biggest was £20) and came out £15 in profit. The next day ... an email telling me I'd been restricted to SP and all promotions removed! Unbelievable. How this "bookmaker" is in business still is a mystery. Have the audacity to win a couple of bets and be a little in profit and goodbye! there's the door. Horrible little outfit, avoid at all costs!

Arrogant, entitled and ultimately irrelevant
My experience has been similar to many of the other reviewers here. I'm a very small-stakes bettor - maximum £10 bets and just a few times a week. After a couple of recent wins, I've now been restricted to SP only, with limited stakes. I have no problem going elsewhere - it's not like there aren't plenty of other bookmakers out there - but the breathtaking arrogance of a company who email you saying they "hope you will continue to use Racebets" despite the fact they are choosing to treat you like a second-class customer has made me fume. If you don't give a toss about value for money or customer service, you should go for it - sign up, and take them for as much money as you possibly can before they restrict you, too. Otherwise, steer clear and we can all enjoy watching this unpleasant organisation collapse and vanish up the hole of their own entitlement.

10 Euro Freebet, account was veriefed by email and my mobile phone NUMBER, confirmed by support. I still couldn't do any bet or any deposit, because I got the error message, please verify your account or contact the support. I couldn't verify my account again, with my phone number, because I already used it to verify my account. Support doesn't help and just give me the answer, please verify your account. How??? HOW SHOULD I DO THIS??? Kepp your hands away from this casino. Same scamming casino like Bingohall.com, maybe even worst.
