Quick Arrival Job Done Fast
Quick arrival on this occasion, from the time of reporting my breakdown to the guy (can't remember his name) turning up to rectifying my vehicles problem was quick. The technician was very friendly, helpful and appear to know his job. I am very happy with the work carried out.

Never again beyond a joke over 15 hours
Never again beyond a joke! Rang at 12:02pm took until 9pm to get a contractor to pick me up, dropped me part way waited for a 2nd patrol told would recover me to final destination but dropped me at a services to await a 3rd recovery, expected by 3am! 15 hours since first call! Customer service is shockingly bad π π get the feeling they have zero customer care they way the control centre speaks to customers leaves a lot to ne desired. Will NOT be renewing membership. Buyer beware ....

Contacted me within minutes of reporting, was confident and reassuring on the phone and directed us towards waiting in a safe place.
