Never again beyond a joke over 15 hours
Never again beyond a joke! Rang at 12:02pm took until 9pm to get a contractor to pick me up, dropped me part way waited for a 2nd patrol told would recover me to final destination but dropped me at a services to await a 3rd recovery, expected by 3am! 15 hours since first call! Customer service is shockingly bad 👎 😑 get the feeling they have zero customer care they way the control centre speaks to customers leaves a lot to ne desired. Will NOT be renewing membership. Buyer beware ....
