Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Rescue peeps
Gokhan and his apprentice were fabulous π I waited over 4 hrs for them and I was cranky and hot. Once my cavalry arrived (RAC chaps), I felt a weight lifted. They diagnosed my poorly clutch and spent over 2 hrs towing it to my repair garage. I really appreciated the effort. They saved the day. Thank you GOKHAN!

David (ID4447) was excellent. Kept me informed at all times, arrived on time and was helpful and polite. He knew exactly what the problem was, gave me suitable options and advice about how to get the problem sorted (including ann estimate for the work if carried out by the RAC and had me towed home in good time. He then made arrangements for my car to be fixed at home, which was my preferred option.

Amazing and speedy
I have a disability and so I was concerned about having to wait in the 30Β° heat. Greg was incredibly attentive and speedy, and even offered me a bottle of water when he arrived. Being able to have a repair on the driveway through RAC was also a great option. Thank you for your help!
