Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

RAC added me to some auto renewal system with my permission and acknowledgement. I had no clue. Now they want to charge me Β£402 for the year. Absolutely unacceptable. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are trying to extort their customers. They are such cheaters that there is no way to cancel the policy before it starts by logging into the app. I have their MyRAC app but when I enter my details it wonβt recognise my details. I need RAC TO CANCEL EVERYTHING I HAVE WITH THEM OTHERWISE I WILL REPORT TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND RELEVANT OMBUDSMAN.

Although the wait time was long when Martin ID 5327 arrived he was polite and explained the problem clearly without judgement nor being patronising. He for me safely to a garage and I was able to explain to the garage clearly what happened in order for them to fix my car.

The professionalism of Adam (the Patrol who attended). Very knowledgeable, pragmatic, happy to be helpful. His attitude was so positive and I felt that I was safe leaving all the engine problems to this person. He had totally 'done his homework' before arriving and was happy to show me evidence of why he came to the conclusions he did. I think he is an exceptional person and a true asset to the RAC. Keith (ID 4708) attended when expected and found the property at first attempt - no mean feat! He was polite, courteous and kind. He also worked very hard in the heat to make me mobile again. Keith was very safety conscious, issuing a polite and timely reminder not to lean on a jacked up car. Great service, thank you, Keith.

I received great service from RAC patrol man Craig ID 1622. He was polite, friendly and professional. Explained what the problem was. Did everything he could to ensure I got mobile again and complete my joumy journey home. He followed me for a few miles to ensure I was OK. Really happy with the service I received from him.
