Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

My fathers car broke down this morning…
My fathers car broke down this morning RAC said they were on there way 11 hours later and my disabled father is still waiting and we had to struggle all day people had to leave work to take him to his cancer treatment absolutely disgusting.
