RAC extorting customers
RAC added me to some auto renewal system with my permission and acknowledgement. I had no clue. Now they want to charge me £402 for the year. Absolutely unacceptable. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are trying to extort their customers. They are such cheaters that there is no way to cancel the policy before it starts by logging into the app. I have their MyRAC app but when I enter my details it won’t recognise my details. I need RAC TO CANCEL EVERYTHING I HAVE WITH THEM OTHERWISE I WILL REPORT TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND RELEVANT OMBUDSMAN.
