The professionalism of Adam (the Patrol who attended). Very knowledgeable, pragmatic, happy to be helpful. His attitude was so positive and I felt that I was safe leaving all the engine problems to this person. He had totally 'done his homework' before arriving and was happy to show me evidence of why he came to the conclusions he did. I think he is an exceptional person and a true asset to the RAC.
