Qure Skincare Reviews

Amazing customer experience! Ian went above and beyond to keep me informed about my order and remedied an issue immediately and continued follow-ups until I had my order in my hands. Big fan and would order from them again!

Just started using the micro injections and definitely helps my very dry skin look hydrated. Bought the additional vials as I am looking to reduce the fine lines and help my 50+ yo skin bounce back. My skin is sensitive to most products but I have not had an issue with Qure. After applying my face gets red but that subsides rather quickly, I just make sure to do when I will be home for at least an hour or two. Reached out to customer care as I had an issue with my application device and they were super responsive- resolved my issue immediately

I received an incorrect order and after several days I’m still dealing with Customer Service, trying to return it. I don’t think it’s fair that I should pay for the return postage and restocking fee since this was NOT my mistake.

✨ 🌹 Rose

I am so annoyed. I open the bottle and the needle tops do not fit. Really. What the heck. And customer service is only open 9-5 9-5 is not when I would use micro needling. ????

The Serum is amazing and Qure customer service is outstanding.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Qure Skincare’s delivery service. My order was delayed several times over a few weeks, and even after being told it was finally arriving, it kept getting rescheduled. That said, I want to acknowledge that the customer service team has been excellent — they were kind, responsive, and did everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the repeated delivery issues with FedEx made the overall experience frustrating and unreliable. Because of this, I won’t be ordering again, which is a shame because the customer support itself was great.

Perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Qure Skincare! Their products are exceptional and product support ia very quick and thorough.

I received my order with only a few itens, so I've contacted the customer service via WhatsApp. They quickly addressed my query, informed that the items were shipped separately and provided the information required. I'm very happy with the customer service support.

If you want to have a good skin and you want to try this product, go for it. If you it works for you, it's beautiful. If it doesn't work for you then you can. They will refund you.

Great customer service. Responsive and organized. I received my Qure and started today. So far, so good!

My review is based on the company and service, not the product as I’ve only just recieved it. But I had a slight problem with what I ordered and it was fixed within 15 minutes of me emailing to a higher standard than I was expecting. Based on the service of the company I would assume their product is as highly rated as them.

Great product & great customer service!

So far I am loving the at home treatment for wrinkles…..I could see a result straight away. My skin looked radiant and hydrated and so much more youthful. After a query I called customer service who were also amazing.

Just had a chat with Abby as I had a few questions. She was SUPER helpful and nice and it's 6:00 pm on a Saturday so I was happy someone was there to assist! As for the product I just tried it so maybe I can update my review later.

I purchased the Q-Rejuvalight LED mask, Neck & Décolletage LED, and several Micro-infusion systems. I’m a 55 yr old female who is realistic with the expectations, which is that I’m not reversing existing wrinkles and damage, but preventing worsening of those signs. I’m several months in, and thus far I’ve been pleased with the quality and ease of use of each of these products. These services at an aesthetician or dermatologist would be medical grade strength, the cost exorbitantly more, and very high results expected. I feel Qure’s pricing is in line with the product offered. While the price may seem high to some, consider that it’s an at-home product that can be used weekly or bi-weekly (for the micro-needling) and daily for LEDs. These are maintenance products, not miracle products or even very high result products. For those who’ve never been to a dermatologist or aesthetician, the cost reflects the expected results and is a fraction of what would be spent at a professional’s office. The LEDs come with a one year warranty when properly used and cleaned. Even if it stops working after one year, I feel I’ve realistically gotten my money’s worth. Some reviewers have complained that it stopped working after 2 yrs - consider yourselves lucky! The cost of each of the LEDs is what you’d pay for 1-2 sessions in a derm’s office. Again, it’s a maintenance product, not an age reversing product, and with regular use I’ve been pleased with my results. If you have sensitive skin or any skin allergies, ask customer service about the ingredients and metals used on the micro needles BEFORE you invest in the products. That’s your responsibility, not Qure’s. You should be doing this for any skincare product, not just Qure. Again, I’ve read reviews of people complaining about skin reactions. If you’re truly concerned about your skin do your due diligence or, better yet, just don’t buy online skincare products you’ve never used. Last thing and I’ll get off my soapbox - the more people who return products for petty and irresponsible reasons, the more the prices are driven up. This helps no one and loyal customers shouldn’t be paying for other people’s neglect. If you've read this far, you’ll be glad to know I’ve reached the end of my review, I love the products, I’ve had nothing but positive customer service responses, and I consider myself a loyal customer. Hope this is a helpful review to all…

Amazing customer service..very helpful, kind, professional, fast and efficient. Definitely one of the best customer service I've ever dealt with.

I was having issues with my Qure face mask. I emailed customer service and Joseph was quick to respond. We carried on email correspondence and he was always kind and professional, always quick to respond to my many questions. He solved the issue, and I cannot recommend Qure customer service and products more highly. 10 stars!

Best products to look younger and fresh. Best customer support 😍
