I’ve had a very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Qure Skincare’s delivery service. My order was delayed several times over a few weeks, and even after being told it was finally arriving, it kept getting rescheduled. That said, I want to acknowledge that the customer service team has been excellent — they were kind, responsive, and did everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the repeated delivery issues with FedEx made the overall experience frustrating and unreliable. Because of this, I won’t be ordering again, which is a shame because the customer support itself was great.
