Winder, GA - GROSS!!!!

Winder, Ga THE NASTIEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO IN MY LIFE!!!! The room smelled like pure cigarette butts, the room was filthy, I Slept on top of the cover with my entire sweatsuit including my hoodie on my head and shoes on my feet!!!! I just wanted to be out of there!!!! I WILL NOT EVER GO ANYWHERE NEAR THAT NASTY PLACE AGAIN AND FOR THE PRICE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE WELL MAINTAINED AND IT IS A RUN DOWN AND GROSS PLACE TO CHOOSE TO STAY!!! I USED THE PAPER AND PEN IN THE ROOM TO LEAVE NOTES THAT READ - “THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER!!” “I WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! ITS NASTY AND GROSS!” GROSS!

WORST HOTEL EVER/ MESA QUALITY INN

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! The woman at the front desk was clearly high on meth and asked us for a 200 dollar deposit for incidentals. I had just stayed one week prior at a four-star hotel in downtown Phoenix that only had $150 deposit for incidentals and not only that the hotel with $150 incidentals which was literally 1000 times nicer the fee dropped off my account within a day maybe two tops this dump to be quite nice in Mesa Arizona Held my $200 for well over four days and when I called on day three to ask regarding what had happened with my deposit and why it was not refunded yet because I was in the room for about a total of 10 hours eight of which were sleeping so I know that they weren’t going to charge me for any damages to the room that could’ve possibly amounted to anything and the woman stated that they had been refunded the morning of checkout and was quite Rude about it! And also check out time is 11 well at about 8:30 AM when I had checked in at about midnight housekeeping repeatedly pounded on the door yelling if we needed service I clearly stated to her that we did not then she rudely shouted “well will you be staying another day” I told her absolutely not and not to mention what does that matter it was three hours until check out I was exhausted from work and a family emergency that had arisen which was the reason why I was staying there in the first place and I got nothing but drug attic‘s route service and woken up far more early than I wanted to also the room was terrible it stunk and was dirty there was all kinds of activity in the middle of the night going on In the front of my room area more drug attic so I’m assuming and just an overall unpleasant stay at this hotel in my opinion should be torn down I would rather there be a parking lot there than this terrible establishment I would highly recommend that nobody ever spend one cent with those people.

Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

I don't know what they're normally like, but during this pandemic this business has seriously disappointed me. As for the room itself, it was somewhat standard: The non smoking Room smelled of cigarettes, and there were dead bugs on the floor. Although I am grateful that they were dead. Nice to know they pay for a service. The room's Decor was updated; it looked nice. But the part of my stay that really has me writing this review- that has me leaving them only two stars, which for me is pretty bad: I paid for a Room with breakfast and shuttle Service. When I arrive in Orlando I am told they are not doing shuttle service because of the virus. There are shuttles up and running all around me but none of them that I had already paid for. THEY LEFT ME STRANDED! Not a good start. Then in the morning I asked them about the breakfast.i have no car and was relying on this service. They said that because of coronavirus they are not serving breakfast. I said but I paid for that. They said "no, the breakfast was complimentary." I said, "no it's built into the price. And in fact I paid more so I could have these extra 'complemtary' services." She Shrugged. "Sorry (not sorry), Coronavirus." So although they handle my dirty towels, and hand me clean ones, they can't hand me a muffin? And I can go to any nearby place and buy food that people picked up and set back down but they can't hand me a muffin? I had to walk two blocks to the nearest gas station to buy some breakfast even though I already paid for it as part of the service of this hotel. At least at the gas station they were very kind and helpful.wish I could sleep there. One my second day there, the internet was being worked on, so I couldn't even get the news to come up on my tablet. That made for a dull day. No food, no shuttle, no internet...if I had just been looking for a quick place to pass out, this would have been fine, but this was to be my home for the week we were filming.

Bad manager

When you call Choice Hotels to make a complaint about someone who did something very wrong. They tell you that the hotels are independently owned and they cannot help you, even though you've stayed with Choice Hotels enough to get enough points to get a free night. Then when you get that free night, you have a manager that steals $50 from you and I got cash back rewards from the purchase of $50 that was charged 19 min after I left the lobby after I paid $32 in cash and 6000 points. When I used my points and $32 of my money to get the hotel room she charged me another 50. Then she called the police on me and had me removed from property. Then when the police officer went in there she finally refunded my $50 but she took my $32 and my 6000 points and didn't let me stay. I had to sit in the Cracker Barrel parking lot behind the Quality inn at 4200 west I 40 service road 73108 in Oklahoma City all night. I was there for a breast cancer treatment. The unprofessional manager told a guest that I was a prostitute. I am appalled at Choice hotels and Quality Inn at 4200 West I 40 Service Road in Oklahoma City. I will never book with choice hotels ever again. I would like my $32 that I had to pay with my 6000 points because I was a gold member.

Ms. Missunderstood in Albuquerque

I stayed several nights at the Quality Inn in on Manaul in Albuquerque, nm This quality inn had nice poolside room.. the hotel was pretty relaxed during this Corona period as well as hotel construction. We got to know the helpful courteous staff by name. Unfortunately the good time ended by saying the rooms will be visited by local police. No warnings or a reason why. I asked the manager a couple questions and she didn't want to deal it. In talking to the cleaning staff the police were there for specific room she said she new the room but it wasn't my room. No police came to my room nor was there a reason. Upon checkout the manager asked that I not come back because of all my visitors. She was thinking I was the "police room" she wouldn't let me get a word out to explain which I was and roon number. Instead she threatened to call police. I had a meeting to be at and didn't have time to wait for the police. I tried callie g police and the non emergency number did not ever answer. I chose the same hotel on my next Albuquerque visit the hood out weighed the bad. Price location and vibe were remembered. Upon checkout after three night stay the manager called my room to tell me not to come back. Dhe recognizes my name with the mistaken room guy... I will give them another try and see what happens.

Quality Inn & Suites Horrible

Quality Inn & Suites , Mall of America , Bloomington, MN Horrible ran down hotel. The rooms are far from clean and the water in the sink ran all night called the desk three times before they moved us to another room. and the lady at the front desk was rude and most places would offer an upgrade not here it is a down grade. plus there are homeless people in the halls at night and I swear drug deals in the next room.

Quality Inn Kent WA

I made reservation back in November 2018 at Quality Inn park, sleep and fly package for August 2019. When I inquired on March 2019 for my reservation for August 2019 reservation, I found out that park, sleep and fly package has poor service because the drop off to airport is covered with the package but we have to pay for our pick up at the airport. I also found out that Quality Inn charge extra for rollaway bed which is ok but the park, sleep and fly package is really not a good service and not a good deal. So I cancelled my reservation at Quality Inn via telephone conversation and I emailed the PSF.com to cancel my reservation at Quality Inn and requested refund for the deposit. I got proof of emailed from Park, Sleep and Fly and I got my refund deposit. However, I still got charge for the cancellation reservation as no show for August 28th even though I cancelled the reservation. I called and emailed the Quality Inn choice hotel for refund and sent them my proof of cancellation but they still have not refunded the charge. We have stayed at choice hotels before but this is the first time that I have to deal with this issue.

This location is in Detroit/Romulus…

This location is in Detroit/Romulus area near the airport. Let me start by saying I checked in to the hotel Quality Inn on Saturday. The first room was decent until I noticed the stained bed spread on the bed followed by a dated side chair covered with stains. No way should either be in a clean room period. So I went down to the front desk and asked for a room change. The clerk granted my request telling me I was allowed one. I'm thinking to myself this next room better be emaculate. I look at the room before moving from the previous after making sure it was clean. The bed is very comfortable linens were fresh. Thank God! Unfortunately, if you run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night you're going to have to buy a roll or wait until the morning because the night clerk does not know where they keep it. The location is great near the airport and the complimentary breakfast is decent. The breakfast attendant doesn't seem to know how to mix waffle batter, it's a bit watery and sticks to the waffle iron which ends up being a waste.

Quality Inn in Eureka Springs

Quality Inn in Eureka Springs. Operated independently but Choice hotels has untrue reviews on all there companies. Hotel.com etc... The hotel is given 4 stars and excellent reviews. The reviews must be from employees. The hotel is old, rundown, dirty, cold pool, poor quality breakfast food. Nothing like photos. Employees smoke all around the hotel. And we were robbed. The gun was taken out of hidden compartment then replaced under the mattress the following day. We never took it out of hidden compartment. Stay at your own risk.

Hotel OK. Service Horrible!

Quality Inn Pigeon Forge 2708 Parkway Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 The hotel is average. 1-2 Stars by hotel rating systems. Standard Beds, Dresser, Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Shower. There is an Indoor Pool that you have to enter from outside as there are no "indoor" hallways. The floor around the pool is tile and extremely slippery with poor drainage so simply walking in the area is a slip hazard. The beds are not comfortable. The room was clean. You can hear other rooms anytime you enter the restroom through the exhaust fans. They do have a decent free breakfast which is a nice perk. The customer service after the stay has been PATHETIC from both Quality Inn and their parent company Choice Hotels! Sunday. We checked out on a Sunday and that afternoon realized we had left a small cinch bag in the room. While still in the area we contacted the hotel by phone to inquire about coming to get the bag. The front desk informed us that if it was found then it was locked up by housekeeping and that NO ONE could access the housekeeping area and they would have to call us back the next day if they found the bag but that we could not come to collect the bag while we were still in town. Monday, I receive a call that they found the bag and that someone will be picking it up to ship to me the next day. I provided my phone and address at this time. Tuesday, I receive a call from the Express Package and Shipping company asking me to provide payment details to ship my bag.......that Quality Inn would not let me pick up while I was still in the area...... I contact the Quality Inn and the front desk informs me that I will need to pay for the shipping. Wednesday, I contact ChoiceHotels.com customer service line who informs me that they understand my concern and that the hotel should ship this bag to me since I was not allowed to pick it up on Sunday before leaving. They contact the location and the Manager is in a meeting and then informs me that the Manager of this location would be contacting me today. Thursday, I did not receive a call from the manager on Wednesday. I call back to Choice Hotels customer service line and they inform me that they contacted the location and they stated "I agreed" to pay to have my bag shipped. I explain that this did not happen and that I repeated to them for clarity that they were saying "So since you would not allow me to pick up my bag Sunday while I was still in the area, you are now also having me pay to ship my bag back to me?". They attempt to reach the Manager again to transfer me and the Manager refuses to accept the call and states that I will be contacted by them this day. Friday, I did not receive a call from the manager on Thursday. We are now 6 days into this situation. I call back into Choice Hotels with my reference number to inform that I have not received a follow up from the Quality Inn Manager regarding this situation. Choice Hotels, CUSTOMER SERVICE line (btw, Choice Hotels owns Quality Inn) informs me that I need to contact the Quality Inn to speak with the Manager as this is the best way to resolve this. I call Quality Inn back and the manager is in a meeting again. This is a stellar example of Customer Service. I am now trying to reach the shipping company to pay to ship for my bag that Quality Inn would not allow me to pick up and writing this review to warn you before you decide to stay here as well.

Recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Kent, Wa. The first room we got had a cockroach on the desk still alive. We got moved to the second room and found dirty socks and a lighter in the bed. Was moved to a 3 room and found empty wine bottles in the cabinet, the maid just walked out minutes before. Finally got to a room and it only took an hour. Worst experience at a quality inn. Rude employees and horrible managers. Stay away.
