Had wonderful experience at there quality inn hotel in boldon Tyne and wear 5* treatment all way rooms immaculate leisure facilities amazing food fantastic best of all staff very very friendly nothing is a problem for them I've lost count how many times I've stayed and can't wait to return
Quality Inn on Panam Expressway in San Antonio, TX has charged my credit card extensively and refuses to take off the charges. I have contested them with the credit card company. The manager, actually all the staff, is rude and refuse to help. Choice Hotels refuses to help as they say all hotels are owned privately. If you stay at any Choice Hotel, I recommend you watch your credit card carefully. The hotel has been charging my card for weeks after we checked out!!!
Quality Inn location in Hayward CA looks beautiful from the outside but the rooms are so noisy and they smell. The rooms are spacious but we had to ask for air freshener. We had a room close to the kitchen and then changed to a different one but still loud noises coming from somewhere. Also, breakfast advertised waffles but the machine was broken for the week we were there and who knows how long it had been that way.
After two stays at the Quality Inn and Suites WinnipegManitoba I finally found the time to yel about my stay.First of all "Cleanliness" is way above anywhere I have ever stayed for a lengthy visit both times the staff bece like Family...so nice ..so helpful..and that was from the very first night.Particularly one of the manager named Simack. The breakfast were wonderful and Carol, the girl in charge helpful and very courteuous and friendly. The Winn City Pub, their Lounge-became like my second family and still go there, staff are great.I was able to do laundry...exercise in their Gym if I chose to, And both facilities werw spotless. I Could say a lot more but wherever you come from in the world you will have a wonderful stay when you choose the Quality Inn and Suites in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Sincerely, Darlene Mc.
