Best Customer Service I've Ever Had
We’ve got a 50kg Mastador named Archie who’s had persistent skin issues since we adopted him. We tried loads of premium food—kibble, canned, grain-free, hypoallergenic—but nothing helped, and raw feeding was unfortunately out of our price range for a dog his size. Pure Pet Food completely changed everything. We use the turkey recipe for sensitive dogs, and within days, his skin cleared up completely. His weight stabilized, and (to our great relief) his horrible nightly flatulence disappeared. He’s thriving, and honestly, we can’t believe we didn’t try this sooner. The cost is actually less than what we were spending on high-end canned food, but the quality is clearly so much better. What really sealed our loyalty was the customer service. One of our recent orders arrived with a chewed-through bag (likely a rodent during courier handling), and within 12 hours of emailing Pure, they had already dispatched a full replacement, offered 15% off our next order, and even switched our delivery service to Royal Mail based on past issues we'd had. I honestly didn’t expect it and was astounded at the level of customer service they provided. We recommend Pure to every dog owner we know.
