Pure Pet Food

We’ve got a 50kg Mastador named Archie who’s had persistent skin issues since we adopted him. We tried loads of premium food—kibble, canned, grain-free, hypoallergenic—but nothing helped, and raw feeding was unfortunately out of our price range for a dog his size. Pure Pet Food completely changed everything. We use the turkey recipe for sensitive dogs, and within days, his skin cleared up completely. His weight stabilized, and (to our great relief) his horrible nightly flatulence disappeared. He’s thriving, and honestly, we can’t believe we didn’t try this sooner. The cost is actually less than what we were spending on high-end canned food, but the quality is clearly so much better. What really sealed our loyalty was the customer service. One of our recent orders arrived with a chewed-through bag (likely a rodent during courier handling), and within 12 hours of emailing Pure, they had already dispatched a full replacement, offered 15% off our next order, and even switched our delivery service to Royal Mail based on past issues we'd had. I honestly didn’t expect it and was astounded at the level of customer service they provided. We recommend Pure to every dog owner we know. Boo loves her Pure food. It’s convenient (especially for vegetarian mum and dad) as we don’t need to keep it in the fridge. Great for our camping trips in the UK and abroad. Her favourite is the Lamb with coconut which surprised us. It’s nicely packaged, the bags can be returned for recycling if they can’t do it locally. Keep up the good work Pure.

The food is always of high quality standard that my dog really enjoys and there has been a massive change with him since he has been on this. He no longer has stomach issues and even his general appearance has changed with his coat. The food/treats and other products that Pure Pet Food sell always arrive in good time and the packaging is also of high standard. Cannot fault them in any way.

Kizzy loves her Pure food and has had no flare ups with her Pancreatitis since she has been on it. It is very convenient to feed and she loves it.

Both my dogs 🐕 love this food One took a while but I found by rolling into balls with a drier consistency he just loves that My other dog is 12 so with only 6 teeth it can be made to the perfect consistency and I know they are getting the best nutrition. It is so easy as it’s delivered for free and so easy to change dates when running low

Gus loves his pure food. It's so much better for his gut and his fur is in better condition. Other foods have tended to make him itch but now he doesn't itch at all. Ordering and delivery is quick and easy and orders are easily adjusted online

Pure food is the best that my dog can have. Is easy for preppers and most importantly my dog loved. Pure food is healthy and my dog looks good

Excellent. Our 2 dogs love this food and we have tried lots over the years. Pure past their quality and taste test! It’s great for us as you can store easily and make it up with warm water, which is really useful when we are on holiday. Easy to use website where you can manage your orders and knowledgable staff if you need to check any nutritional information out.

I cant fault the company, very helpful when I was ordering and delivery came when it was scheduled to with notification of its arrival. The food arrived and my dog , Levi tried the Salmon one for the first time. He Loved it!! I split his meal into 2 as he has a munch after a walk and then the rest in early eve. The packaging was great and instructions were simple and clear.Great service all round - thanks- PURE - Debbie and Levi

Reggie has all of his nutrition needs fulfilled by the menu's on offer, they keep him happy and healthy. Reggie absolutely loves the food, he is always keen at meal times. The treats are fabulous too, he has them for enrichment, games and when he is an extra good boy. Keep doing what you do best.

It's taken 3 days to get my dog to complete the transition to pure pet food . I've noticed she prefers 1 flavour and finishes no problem, the other she doesn't finish it . Its all about getting to know your dogs preferences, I now know what to order next time .

The website is really easy to navigate and it is also easy to edit orders. However, the best thing about Pure Pet Food is that Olaf really loves the flavours. Thank you Pure for healthy, delicious and faff free food for my dog.

Our lovely Labradoodle JJ had some issues with his old food, vet thought maybe colitis. Switched him to Pure Pet Sensitive and he’s SO much better! Perfect in fact. His coat is beautiful too and the Vet regularly comments he’s in great condition. Thank you guys, what would we do without you? JJ says “Woof”!

Wonderful service, my fussy Maltese really enjoys the game and had a slight issue with the salmon and they've sent another flavour out free of charge and recommend I give the unopened salmon packet to a dog charity rather than return it which is super kind. Fee fee has IBS and so far the sensitive food hasn't bothered her and she's been having it for over a month now. Great food and great service, thank you!

I feel I was mislead when signing up for some dog food at a dog show. I then cancelled the order 28th April, I confirmed with customer service 28th April order and plan was cancelled. Then to my suprise I have money taken out of my account 23rd May. I then emailed customer service who said they'll refund me. I am then ignored about the plan being cancelled and then told more money will be coming out of my account 8th of June. NO! I have said numerous times I do not want the plan. I would not recommend signing up at all to this company.

Charlie loves his Pure Pet Food and it’s always gone in seconds!! He licks the bowl dry and uses a little water to lick it again 💙

My dog suffered awfully with allergies to food - we were initially on vet recommended kibble but she would barely touch it. I tried Pure on a whim after looking at other similar brands and I wouldn’t feed her anything else now. She absolutely loves the food and she’s on the “sensitive” plan so the ingredients don’t affect her allergies. The company and deliveries themselves are super easy to work - I found myself having to get food a little bit quicker than the 4 weeks to take to the kennels when we went away and all I had to do was login and choose a new delivery date. I don’t often write reviews but I really recommend this company for anybody who has dogs who are fussy eaters/have allergies like mine :)

This is great food. Stores in cupboard, just add water, stir and done. Gets delivered. It's just another thing I don't need to worry about. Delivery is always fast. Slushee has no more poopy problems. Her coat is so soft and silky and the gleam in her eye tells me she loves it. She knows when the packet is being opened and comes to sit and wait patiently 🩷🐾
