Pure Pet Food

My dog loves the food and it's really helped her recover from her food allergies. The fact that it's dried and only needs water added makes it really easy to take on trips away as well.

Dog didn't like the food at all, even trying all the info they send for fussy eaters. I bought the sensitive option and have been continuing to feed 3 scoops a day (half his daily amt) and he has now developed really bad diarrhea. Company seems ok but food not a good choice for my dog

Great diet for my French bulldog, had stopped licking his paws in shaking his head and scratching his ears, his coat is lovely and soft too.

We have been using Pure Dog Food for over a year now and the health of our ten year old Airedale Terrier, Bob, has never been better. He loves the food and we have tried all the varieties and a wide selection of the treats too, all with great success. Bob is a very happy and healthy dog. The customer service is excellent with the different subscription options and even suggestions as to how to reduce costs, if this is ever an issue. We are very impressed with this company and have recommended to others too.

I contacted Pure Pet Food with regards to their upcoming Courier change. The lovely lady I dealt with was very helpful and dealt with my concerns in a helpful and friendly manner. I can now rest assured that my future deliveries will be delivered safely 😁

I have only just joined, but so far so good. Louis is a bit hesitant, but is gradually coming round to the idea that his food is different and perhaps tasty too!

I have been using this food since October 2023 and I'd never change! My dog has food allergies and is very restricted, she is also fussy! Pure makes her meal times much more enjoyable and she hasn't had a bad tummy since starting on it. She drools for the dental chews and treats which is a big deal for us as all the shop treats have rubbish in them that cause stomach upsets. They have a good selection of flavours she can eat as well. I actually pay less for her food now than I did previously! Great company, brilliant food. Initially I had my deliveries via Evri, which i noticed immediately and called up Pure and they changed it to DPD, never had an issue with deliveries. Id recommend anyone having issues with Evri to just call Pure to change to courier.

Amazing service from pure pet food, my cockapoo absolutely loves his food😍 The variety of flavours is great! Can see a huge difference already, no more anal gland problems and dry skin! Delivery arrives on time, great that we have an option between couriers this does help, as I know some couriers don’t work as well in different area’s!

Great food which has really helped Maple's tummy issues. Easy to order & store the food. The treats are good too & can be added in with your food order. Good correspondence & updates.

Did not recieve my order , was first time to use this company and I'm so dissatisfied, messing around with Evri and their dreadful service is not for me so I cancelled the subscription and got a refund , when it's food we are dealing with it needs to be a reliable source as it would be awful if my dog was already on this food and we got let down with delivery, not good enough service , what a shame , wish it was available in pet stores .

Great if only had tiny dog but to feed my Lurcher and my Beagle it would be getting on for £100 per month! Shame as food good. Yes Dragons Den liked it but they are millionaires

One year on and Dotty and Izzy still love their Pure Pet Food. As soon as it is put down they woof it down. Not once has Dotty had an upset stomach since changing to pure. Izzy finds it very easy to eat as she has no teeth. In my 60 years of owning dogs in my opinion this is the best dog food ever.

Super efficient website, easy to navigate with very clear information regarding ingredients and nutritional value. Food arrives well packaged. No offensive smells or textures, very easy to store and prepare and the mix is well received and enjoyed by my choccie lab girl.

Great to find a renal food which our dog enjoys . Delivered on time and easy instructions. Just wish there were more options for renal food as in treats . Customer service is excellent aswell😁

Awful delivery service. Despite assurances all would be sorted with EVRI delivery to another Parcelshop this has not happened. No continuity at the HQ despite online chats promising a delivery last week. No delivery this week- its been returned to supplier. Promised a collection code. Nothing. Dogs now without their PURE food - which was actually good for them. Really disappointed.
