Really helpful staff and quick responses to emails. Both my dogs had previous health problems that have been resolved by changing to pure.

My baby is the pickiest girl we’ve tried every food brand possible from cheap to high end. Pure dog food is the only one she’ll happily eat. She does struggle with the texture at times as she licks and moulds it to the bowl but she’s a pampered pooch so gets spoon fed. Shes also allergic to poultry so having the option of salmon is amazing!

My dog Nina has been on the food plus her kibble now for a few months. She is a rescued greyhound and very sensitive, so she needed time to get used to us and the food. She now is very settled and is showing signs of hair regrowing on her hind quarters. She has always loved the food and gets very excited at meal times. I have also introduced a small amount of your salmon oil to her meals to further improve her skin and coat. I have no complaints about the service either - it is very good indeed. I really appreciate the fact that I can so easily change the order and delivery dates online, and that I get notified a few days ahead of the delivery to make last minute adjustments. I think you’re doing a great job, and Nina is very happy and healthy 🐾

Free delivery on the time I ask for and very helpful staff ,Walter’s feed is every 6 months ,so happy to have it like that as we live in a small bungalow with not much storage. 28thMay

Yes, you have kept me informed, texted, emailed and phoned to help with my transitioning of Lily changing her food to yours!! This has been extremely helpful whilst I continue to transition Lily. .so far, she has been eating 1 scoop 2 times a day of the chicken dried food. She so disliked the cinnamon tooth chew.. I am so glad that you can also delay sending for extra meals, as I do not want to waste any. so far, we are winning, but these are early days. I also know that Lily is now eating a good diet, which hopefully will stop the fussy eating habits, which are my fault.

Charlie was a very fussy eater until we started him on Pure. He WOOFS down every morsel and licks his dish clean. He is now putting weight on and is full of life.

We were having trouble with our dogs previous food where she was being super fussy and not eating it, we switched to home cooked food, but this became very time consuming and struggled to store the cooked batches. We switched to pure and she's absolutely loved it. She eats every last bit of it, she also needed to lose a bit of weight, she had her annual check up at the vet recently and they were very happy with her health check and she's at the weight she now needs to be & her coat is also lovely and silky. We recently realised that honey has an allergy to chicken after switching one of her recipes to this, I emailed pure pet food, who were so helpful and sent out an alternative recipe to us free of charge. A very happy customer here and very happy pooch.

Brilliant customer service goes above and beyond. A much better alternative to kibble. Much easier to store and just as nutritional as the frozen alternative. It's also brilliant for my backpacking as its light and take up little space.

Their customer service is excellent very friendly and professional with no pressure. Always willing to help and answered questions quickly. Would recommend this company as nothing was to much trouble and the products excellent

My dog has been having a full pure pet food diet for 18 months now. He absolutely loves the food and enjoys his meal times. The deliveries are always as scheduled, it’s easy and simple to make any delivery amendments online, and the customer service is quite exceptional! The pure pet food customer service team have been extremely supportive and responsive with any of my concerns without fail.

Not sure about this food. The advert shows one scoop of food & one of water & the bowl is full. This is misleading. One scoop barely covers the bottom of the bowl. I’m gathering you don’t add biscuits. On the bag for my dog it says 2 scoops a day. My dog would be like a skeleton. Their algorithm is way off.

When I introduced the food I noticed that my dog developed bad breath and flatulence. I did not do experiments to ascertain a direct link but, when I stopped using pure, the symptoms ceased. Her usual diet is commercially available frozen raw food. I found the marketing slightly unpleasant and slightly arrogant.
