I think pure is absolutely amazing,because it's subscription there's no worries about running out of food for my dog ted that absolutely loves pure and licks the bowl clean every time.

I ordered the sample to try this out and had to sign up and give my credit card for the plan. My dog wouldn't touch the food. Not much she doesn't like. Without contacting me they proceeded to send me 2 bags of food. They will neither refund me nor exchange the unopened bags. Pretty sharp business practice if you ask me

Absolutely a diabolical scam dog food company that caused lower bowel bleeding, confirmed by a vet, in my 12 year old dog. In addition the website provides no way of cancelling your contract / orders with them only a delay. Please if you love your dog do not use this food business Have to wait 48 hours for this company to close account and delete details

I used to feed my whippet Archie on seven sort of pate stoge . We once met up with a lot of other Whip It owners and their dogs and Archie looked like their portly uncle! Cincy be on this trash food with no additives from pure he’s looking sleek as a racehorse really trim and has regained his title as the fastest dog in the park! I am so so pleased!

For the first few deliveries Frankie couldn't wait to tuck into her food, then she started to get a bit fussy, not wanting to eat her favourite recipes to I was a bit worried about getting the next order incase she wouldn't eat it and I had wasted my money. So I decided to stop the delivery and when asked why I explained. I was offered a free sample bag of a flavour she hadn't tried and she absolutley loves it so I think she just got a bit bored. I was happy with the fact that they did that rather than just let me go. Obviously good for them too but a good company to deal with.

well..i can see alot of happy customers...but my experience has been very disapointing...i wanted to give my dog Rita a change of food as she started being abit 'picky' eating her normal kibble and wet food mixture...saw 'pure' advertised so gave it a try...started her with a small amount of pure..with a reduced amount of her normal food.....she sniffed it and wouldnt eat any of the mixture....tried another flavour as i ordered 4 diferent ones...still the same....after this i gave her her normal food...which she gulped down straight away...the pure...powdered food in the bag...dosnt smell at all of what the flavour is....has a real strange smell..not a nice smell at all.....once rehydrated,,,it turns into a porage consistency....dogs like lumps to eat...i was advised by pure to make the food into balls...first day rita ate 3 of the 5 i made her...next day,,,wouldnt eat any of the...a complete waste of money...upset my dog who is my best friend...i'm sorry i ever came across such nasty food as 'pure'

Love the food ! Well the dogs do anyway! Like the ability to log in and change their menu and change the delivery as required! Would like the yellow food scoop to have a longer handle ? And make the diameter so the yellow and green scoops so they will stack in each other ! How trivial a moan is that?

Our cockerpoo loves his new Pure meals. We had tried lots of brands following a period where he had gone off his kibble. He’s perkier, happier and content. He loves the chicken and the game and his favourite treat is the fish cubes. It’s easy to mix with water and he licks the bowl dry. Our third delivery and we’re sticking with it.
