The food is great, tasty and full of everything my dog needs to stay healthy. Communication is easy and changing meals and options is really simple on the easy to use website. When I have phoned to talk to an advisor, they have been helpful an informative. My experience with Pure Pet Food has always been positive. I continue to recommend them to all our doggy friends.

It took a while for my dog to get used to it, now he absolutely loves it.

I spent months trying to find a suitable diet for Ollie, both before and after he was diagnosed with pancreatitis and allergies. The vet diets I was advised to feed were, not all effective, and the one that was looked bland and disgusting, like a dirty beige coloured blancmange. Not at all appetising and a very expensive mush. After a feeding a slow transition, within around two weeks, his coat had gone from harsh to soft and sleek. His eye seemed brighter and his ears were cleaner. He is now a happy, extremely energetic boy. He still has his allergies, but nowhere near as badly and his pancreatitis is controlled by diet alone. Bonus, no more almost constant diarrhoea, which was an awful torment for us both. I find it pricey (for my budget), but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it for a happy, healthy boy. Happy to recommend to anyone.

My dog hates this food. He absolutely refuses it. I gave it to him for over two weeks (only 1/4 of his food) but just walked away from it. If I mixed it with his normal food he wouldn't eat that either, so I stopped doing that and just gave him both in one bowl, but separate- he refused the PurePet Food. I only opened one of the bags. I didn't realise that I could have a refund if I returned it within 14 days, that could have been explained to me when I cancelled the subscription with the reason that he hated it. But it wasn't. Even with the money off, it still cost me £26 but I can't use it. Disappointed.

Our Cookie LOVES her food. We have tried other dog food previously, focusing on wet foods due to our previous dogs ill health and this is by far the best, easy to store and make up, good value and good for the pup too!

Both my dogs love Pure dog food the panel has IBD and has been fine since and my show Cocker has gland issues and is also great now. Highly recommend Pure The service from the office is great too, choose your best delivery service and the office will ablige. They also reply with any queries quickly.

The sales funnel rewards you to buy bulk buys of tailored food. The quiz showed my dogs had different needs and needed different foods, so I excitedly bought 4 bags. Unfortuanately my 2 whippets did not like the food at all, I took my time and gradually introduced it and they would not eat it after 10days of trying. When I asked Pure if they would take the unopened food back they refused saying it was mixed for my dogs. After a little sleuthing I found my dogs recipes were the same contradicting the quiz. Pure also confirmed this to me. I've lost £50 to this experience. No other shop would refuse to take back unopened packets of food, I feel it's a little shady. My advice would be try a sample before committing or buy from someone who offers refunds.

Jasper loves the food he is a very elderly boy 14 years and 9 months old he had his larynx tied back 3 years ago and can only eat certain consistency food Pure is exactly right for him he has a little arthritis now and a combination of good food medication exercise and love from his mum I hope will keep him comfortable for some time.

I always struggled with my Frenchie. She was so fussy and had such bad bowels. Nothing I ever gave her made any difference. Now she has been on Pure Pet Food for a few months and she asks for her food (I still have to feed her 🙄) but she eats it happily every day, and the best bit she has solid poops! I would highly recommend Pure Pet Food to anyone struggling with fussy eaters or allergies.

Fab customer service and a really flexible plan for both my dogs. My eldest has a very sensitive stomach but since eating Pure he can now have a variety of flavours and his coat has never felt so soft. He looks forward to every meal time again and he absolutely loves the dental sticks as well.

What I like about Pure Pets dog food is the simplicity and authenticity of the preparation of the food. Preparation is so simple and quick (but not quick enough for my cocker spaniel boy Flynn). It's both satisfying and once quantity is established, it is a complete dog food. Both cockers scoff it all in minutes, no wastage. Delivery notification is concise and always arrives on time. Well done to everyone!

Marla loves her Pure food. She licks the bowl clean every meal. I like that the food is adjusted to her breed (Golden Retriver) and weight. Its really handy. We do often run out of food before it's due and have to get it sent early despite leveling the scoops and not packing them which is a little frustrating.

My little dog Bixby has been on Pure Dog Food for the last 5 years. He was allergic to Wheat and Beef and I didn't know what food to give him. Luckily my dog minder recommended Pure Pet Food. He loves the Salmon with Sweet Potato and Strawberries version. His coat is very shiny and looks healthy- he is a happy little lad and I'm so glad he's on Pure Food.

My westie was very fussy with her food, tried all sorts! She’d just graze all day which meant not only was she not eating right, we were also wasting a lot of her food, meaning wasting money. I came across Pure Pet Food, filled out an easy questionnaire including how she was with food etc (she used to vomit every now and again) and they came up with a suggestion for sensitive food. It contains all the ingredients and nutrients she needs and best of all it comes in different flavours.. all in all, my Daisy absolutely LOVES the stuff, wolfs it down as soon as her nose hits her bowl. I would definitely recommend this company!

Unbelievable customer service! I have been conversing with Charlotte Jobson via email and she has gone above and beyond to answer all of my endless questions regarding my recent food plans for both my dogs. Regarding the actual dog food, we made the switch from another freeze dried raw brand. I have one dog who is extremely fussy with her food, and will now get excited for mealtimes which is such a lovely change! Both dogs love the food, it’s much more affordable for our ever growing family, and the company provides so much support during the transition period and beyond.
