I have contacted Pure for help on a couple of occasions and they have always gone beyond. A lovely company, great product, no hassle in ordering and they always keep refreshing their product range.
Our dog loves this. His favourite variety is turkey and lamb. It works out the same price as tinned food but much healthier.
Both my dogs love Pure pet food. They get so excited at meal times. The customer service is fantastic when I messaged them. Fantastic service. They couldn't help enough. Lovely and personal too. Charlotte was great!
I ordered my first trial pack 9 days ago and received it 8 days ago. I got charged this morning for a second order??? This is too soon and I haven't received any emails about upcoming billing, only the email that says I've made a purchase. I contacted customer support via live chat to not send this second order because my dog doesn't want to even try this food. The agent was quite rude and told me it's too late because the food is already on its way - how could it be on its way if I just got billed? Did they send it before they took payment for it? The customer "support" told me to write an email because he can't do anything about it. So I wrote an email and it says I'll receive a reply within 2 days... by then it will definitely be too late for them to keep the food! Is it such a massive company that they receive thousands of emails every day and have to take that long to respond? Anyway, that's about customer service - non-existent. The food - well, my dog doesn't want to eat it, so what can I say about it? Clearly don't recommend, will stick to actual food, not some powder.
After being recommended Pure pet food as a healthier alternative to kibble we’d were skeptical as our Frenchie has allergies and had been on a vet recommended food trial for months. Being on the same bland food made her beg more for other food and she just looked miserable. Since switching to Pure she is so much better and is excited for her meals everyday. She absolutely loves the flavours salmon and lamb and the Fish pieces treats. She no longer begs for any scrap of food and her coat is so shiny and skin looks much better in general. We are so glad we made the switch and even our other dog is looking so much happier and healthier 😊
First of all Bob and Otis absolutely love their Pure food. They are both thriving on it. The company is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this food.

Amazing pet food. My dos poo are so Much firmer. He doesn’t shed as much and overall better health. Before he had to have his glands done every month , now it every 4 months. Would highly recommend
