Pure Pet Food

Pure is convenient to store, easy to prepare and our previously super-fussy 9 month old Golden Retriever pup absolutely LOVES mealtimes now thanks to Pure! He gets so excited he does a little happy dance when we serve it!! Ralph suffered with awful runny poos before we switched to Pure and also had colitis which I’m relieved to report has all firmed up and cleared up since 💩💩😃 He used to be so sad at mealtimes when we gave him dry kibble and would simply refuse to eat. We tried various dry and wet foods plus a mix of the two together and he would be keen for a couple of days then return to hunger strike 😔 Since feeding Pure he looks forward to his meals and licks the bowl clean every time! I also love that there are different recipes to choose from so we can alternate and he has variety in his meals each day. Highly recommend!

My cockerpoo is so fussy with eating but now finally found food he loves, it took a few days though. Don’t have to stand over him to encourage him to eat anymore. His favourite is the duck and chicken. You can change delivery anytime if you running out or delay it if you have too much. Highly recommend to anyone with a fussy eater

My experience was started from first point contact with pure food team ,absolutely fantastic knowledge of product ,excellent customer service .well done team pure dog food . Treacle my cocker spaniel has transformed since I changed her diet to pure food ,her health ,fitness and coat are amazing all tip top she’s in great shape ,in fact she looks a picture of health . She is my therapy dog , but we also go to a local hospital as a pat therapy dog ,she is so loved and all commenting how lovely she is I have recommended pure pet food to many people complimenting your service and products .

I have been using Pure now for months and wouldn't feed my dog anything else. The service is easy to use, and she absolutely loves all of the flavours. You simply enter a few details about your dogs breed, preexisting health issues and activity levels and the website calculates exactly what she needs. The food is delivered as a powder and you simply add water and mix. Full of meat, fruit and veg and nutritionally perfect. Excellent service.

I have been buying this food for my sprocker for about a year now, and she absolutely loves it, after trying a few other well known brands, this is by far the best! I would have given 5 stars but today when a box arrived with the name Mabel on the outside and the bags inside also named Mabel, I was a little confused!!! My dog is called Nelly, they have always got it right in the past, so not sure what happened? (Tho the flavours I had ordered were correct) It wouldn’t have been such a big deal normally, but unfortunately my autistic son lost his best friend, his guinea pig last week and she was called Mabel, the distress he is in is through the roof! I know it sounds like a ‘small’ human error, but it has turned into a massive drama in our household. Please whoever labels these bags, please make sure you have the correct pet name on the package, or dont name them at all!

Katie is a rehomed dog who had dreadful stomach problems. We have had ger for nearly 3 years and she is now 9 years old and we were desperate of how to feed her. After trying a variety of food I saw an advert on Facebook for Pure Pet food and decided to try it. It has worked wonders. She has normal poos and has had no more stomach problems. We also now give her Pure Pet food dentastix and she is fine with them.

I met you at Crufts 2024. I don't normally buy in this way especially having met another company previously in 2023. They didn't really have much idea or did not know how to sell. However your staff got my attention as they explained it all. I signed up and my delivery came a couple of days later. Regular deliveries have come since. All three dogs love it and eat different menus. The whole thing is so easy and the boys weight has remain very good. Brilliant from top to tail.

Our elderly dog had gut issues (and flatulence which embarrassed us but not him!) His personalised food from Pure Pet Food has sorted out his problems (except when he finds a bit of ancient takeaway on the pavement) and we don’t have to apologise to guests so often!

At first our dog didn't take to Pure, as she can be a fussy eater. I had great advice from the team at Pure on different things to try. Our puppy is now loving the food and we have seen a big difference in her coat and itching habits. Her coat is lovely and shinny and she's a much happier energetic little girl. Thanks to all the team and their expert advice.

Really helpful lots of info abt food, ingredients, took a lot of my 13 year old staffies characteristics so food really helped with digestion and joints. Is running around like a puppy has even had zoomies again lol. She hates the herring but is best one for her joints. Doesn't work out expensive at all. Only 2 flavours a month but she loves all but one of them

Completely blown away by the level of customer service that is provided by Pure. We switched to Pure in an effort to solve stomach issues we were having with our 1 year old Cavapoochon. Whilst we saw improvements quickly, somethings still weren't quite right, so I contacted Pure to discuss. The person who responded to my query was amazing. We traded thoughts and ideas and tried a number of things over the course of a few weeks. This individual was always responsive to any feedback during this period, and eventually we had a positive outcome. Our dog is happier, much healthier and we are much more relaxed now that we're settled on a food plan that's working well for us all. Without the level and personal nature of the customer support we received, I don't believe we would have got to such a positive outcome. Really fantastic, and I'd thoroughly recommend Pure to anyone who'll listen!

Fantastic my pup loves the low calorie recipes and has lost weight and always clears the dish, also I love I can delay when I have to much x

I signed up at a fair, for a whole month trial. I wasn't informed tht I will not get a refund if my dog dislike it. Sure enough my dog a cockapoo didn't want to try. 1. Why they signed me up for a whole month of foods in the first place. 2. I now have 2 bags of food to be thrown out. A waste of £23..

Pure has made an enormous difference to my little 17/18year old dog. She used to have pain spasms which looked like epileptic episodes. She is now just like a sprightly 2year old. I gradually stopped her pain medication and she is pain free. I cannot thank you enough. I adopted her 7years ago when she was 10-13years. She had no teeth so your mash is perfect for her.

It's so handy having the monthly delivery - it takes away any worry of running out of food. Both dogs really enjoy it and are super healthy.
