Pure Pet Food

Food lasts well - packaging re-seals nicely, our dog enjoys and looks forward to his meals, his gut is healthy, coat shiny and its definitely a convenient way to prepare meals at home/camping/when you are away!

Bought some of this food a long time ago and my dog tried it but did not like it so I told pure pet foods about and they sent free samples so I tried them at first my dog ate a small amount then within 1 hour she sicked it back up so I told pure pet foods again that my dog didn’t like it she had now tried 4 flavers and did not get on with the food I told pure pet foods not to send any more food. 3 months went by with no contact and then they said they are sending more food and I needed to pay £60 so I cancelled the order before it was sent but they still sent it and kept my £60 . There response was just give it away to someone who has a dog we can’t refund you . Not happy with this company I would not recommend its dog food it looks like powdered gruel . I have asked for a refund but they insist on keeping my money .

Our dog absolutely loves this food and goes mad for it! She is an elderly dog and had started to slow down quite a bit but as soon as she moved onto this food she seems like a puppy again! We weren’t expecting such a big change just from a change of food!

Good product,our two cavaliers love it.The deliveries are reliable and flexible,No complaints so far.would recommend giving it a try .

My dog likes the food and it's easy to portion and prepare. The service offered is very good especially being able to adjust the delivery dates according to needs. The email order reminders are timely and clear and do not bombard with irrelevant mail. All delivery dates are notified and to date have arrived on time

The food is very good for dogs. Unfortunately the people who answer messages are not. Today our beautiful girl died and as I have a repeated order with pure I thought I had better let them know asap. So I told them our girl died today so please cancel my order. The following are the 2 messages I received back and you are going to find it hard to believe I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel Jip's subscription. So we can try our best to help you and Jip enjoy healthy, delicious Pure, could you give us a little more information on why you are considering cancelling? As a small, growing business, the opportunity to feed pooches and gain feedback from people like yourself is what helps make us better. To make sure any food you have left doesn't go to waste, I'd suggest reintroducing it to Jip's diet again in the future (it has a 12 month shelf life). We do find some pooches enjoy Pure again after a short break.

You will not use my parcel shop anymore I live off grid on a boat I have no way to get my dogs food my dog tried six differently before I finally got her right up here and I’ve been very happy with your product but you put me in a position now. I don’t know how I’m gonna get it or have you left me time to try and change that to another state as I was running out and I bought my delivery forward if you were meant to send it out today very disappointed

I had an issue where the bags I received hadn't been fully sealed. Not much product was lost. I contacted Pure & got a response straight away. And have had two brand new bags sent out. The resolution was instantaneous. The food is so easy to prepare you can add more or less water depending what your pooch prefers. It's easy to transport if you need to be out & about at meal times. Pure are always checking in to see how it's going. Every time I've contacted them for help or advice I've received replies extremely quickly & always had my query answered. Delivery is always well packaged & arrives on time. The website is so easy to use to skip deliveries, bring them forward or swap recipes. Couldn't be happier.

Our Frenchies LOVE their PURE food and are looking extremely healthy on it. It is easy to order, use and travel with if needs be and you get the right amount sent to you as you need it so you never forget to order or run out of food. The only slight draw back is the cost.
