No complaints from my girl
I only received the food and treats yesterday so a little early to tell. Arrived on time, well packed and lots of information. Lupa had her first try today and no complaints from her.

Georgie is very fickle regarding her food, sometimes she seems to love Pure, but other times she won’t eat it. I often have to make it into balls which does make difference most but not all of the time, consequently quite a lot of it does get wasted.
Absolute scammers. We signed up for a trial box at a campervan event we were at. Nothing was mentioned about a subscription and the young man filled in everything for us so we didn’t tick any boxes. Two weeks later £47.69 has been taken out of my bank account. Pure pet food are refusing a refund saying we must have ticked the subscription box, and won’t listen to the fact that their staff are clearly signing people up for subscription without their knowledge. I’m assuming they get commission for signing people up. My dog hates the food so we certainly wouldn’t have been signing up for more!

The food is great, our boy still gets so excited for his meals! Knowing we are giving him the best that we can, is peace of mind that he is growing healthily. I like the choice that he can have of flavours, which keeps things interesting for him too. He especially loves his milk bar chew treat! I like the versatility of this food, can be either hot or cold, molded into any shapes or textures to keep it more interesting. His poops are a lot less stinky, and have a much better consistency when picking up! The portions seem about right, although Cheddar has been known to trick us into thinking he's not yet been fed, and still manages a second portion that wasn't due!
Baxter is a greedy black Labrador, loves the pure foods. His weight is managed better & his coat is so healthy looking. Great variety of recipes which are good value for money. Very impressed with the product.
Dissapointing experience - we make our own food anyway, but at a recent food festival we met a nice chap who told us all about Pure on their stand. Whilst it was pretty much similar to what we do, he convinced us to give it a trial as we could keep it as a back up. We paid a discounted amount for a trial - out understanding was this was a one off. We received a box a few days later around the 26th June. On the 8th of July another box arrived for which we have been billed £41. Despite us clarifying we were taking this a trial nothing was mentioned about repeating transaction or having to cancel to prevent further billing, or we simply wouldnt have done the trial, and to receive another box c10 days later, even though we replied to a pre-dispatch email saying we didnt want it, is a bit of a kicker. No notice of refund. We dont it we havent even opened the first box, as the guy said to us, keep it for an emergency.
The food is really good. The bags are great which the food comes in and are good a re-sealing after each use. Both of my dogs have transitioned really well between the previous food and this new one. I have also noticed a slight improvement/reduction in their dry skin too. However, i believe we were slighlty misled on the overall cost compared to what we were previously buying! We got speaking to a sales rep at our local Ikea and he mentioned it would be a marginal increase over what we were originally paying but it actually turned out to be nearly double! I would suggest you do your own research online if you need to compare costs. i dont mind paying the additonal cost as i believe the food is better quality than what we were orignally using (Harringtons dry & wet food). Overall i would recommend Pure Food. Also, the customer service has been amazing eveytime we contacted them to change things around.
Lovely dog food my new pup been on it a while now and really enjoyed it even our older dog was sniffing the box before I had opened the box and she's fussy but I gave her a taste as well
Excellent customer service. Really helpful and spot on with getting back to you. My girls have only just transitioned over but their bowls are licked clean so that's a good sign !! I would definitely recommend. Infact, I have!! 😁
I was approached by a member of Pure who took time to explain what Pure was about. I have tried various dog foods and ended up large 25kg bags of dry food which take up space and just look boring to eat. Since trying Oscar on Pure, he has loved it. They have a wonderful choice which offers him variety, really easy to prepare and no more expensive than what I was feeding him before. Highly recommended.

Great food - great deliveries can be changed at a moments notice - dog loves the flavours and his digestion is much better.

Signed up with Pure last year for my rescue dog who was having tummy issues, she hasn't looked back ever since. Now I have another rescue and have started her on Pure too, she loves it and is thriving. I really cannot fault it, or the customer service!

Great customer service. Efficient and great food
My dog (Dalmatian) didn't like the food so made a diary entry to cancel the next box a week before due. Pure took the £60 two weeks early before next box due so before I had time to cancel the direct debit. My wife complained and asked for a refund & we would return the box. Not a chance was the response as it is individually "tailored" to our dog. Very very unhappy at the smart practice of taking the money well before sending the product & catching us out.
I have tried many different foods for my dog who has a very sensitive tummy. This is the first food she enjoys which has kept her healthy and comfortable. The flexibility of delivery and the excellent service is fantastic.
I’ve got to say that I thought this would change our Frenchie from not itching and it’s actually made her much worse so sadly going back to the old food. Ended up worse than ever and a trip to the vets for steroids, Shame as she loved this food and literally got excited when I would get it ready for her. Her old good would sit on the bowl all day until she was hungry enough to eat it. The service has been fab just didn’t work, for your I fitmationnshrs been on the pure food since April. Good three months and the itching now is unbearable
