Was given a bag from a friend who's dog refused it. Well no suprise my boy refused it too. I'll stick to butternut which he loves

Sorry to say but our dog is very dissatisfied and would not touch your food on our recent camping trip and threw it all in the bin! It’s JUNK!

My dog is loving his Pure food! He adjusted really well and the sample packs have made it easy to work out his faves! We had a problem with deliveries twice and the customer service team handled the problem quickly and efficiently and got it all sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure to any of my friends…. I wish I had found it sooner!

Lennox Loves this Food 💙 . Our Labrador cross Balkan Hound has been on pure food for a few months now and we really have started to notice a difference in his weight. With being a large breed Lennox was showing signs of arthritic changes at just 6 years old after careful consideration on choosing a suitable diet for Lennox we came across pure food. Since being on pure Lennox has not shown signs of limping after lying down and he is more energetic and playful. His coat is shiny and overall his poops are nicer to clean up..win win. The storage is nice and easy and can be tucked away in the cupboard. Finding something with fabulous nutritional value was hard to find and lots came up with raw food. We have a four year old daughter who loves to feed him so this was the best alternative. Thank you so much for Pure for providing our pooch a happy lifestyle hopefully for many more years to come 🫶 slightly more expensive than other food like kibble etc but if the diet is at its best then the vet bills stay at bay 🫶💙🐕

Responsive and easy company to deal with.

I've been a dog owner for 20+ years, and I have genuinely never fed my dogs a better dog food. They absolutely adore the flavour, they seem really well hydrated (we even add a bit more water when it's a warm day), their coats are glistening. My lab cross that usually suffers with dry, itchy skin has no problems anymore. Both my dogs seem lean and have increased muscle mass and general body condition. They only poop once a day now too. This is after only 1 month on Pure. Genuinely shocked and amazed.

My dog finally enjoys food time, his stomach is far better and hes looking great. It's a tad expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Oskar and Toby absolutely love Pure Pet food. They are both on a half Pure half kibble diet and mixing the Pure with the kibble is proving a great success. We have seen their coats become a much better condition and they have maintained their ideal weight , which was important.

Very efficient staff knowledgeable lots of communication . The food is tailored around your dogs needs /requirements and it is very palatable ,my dog was extremely fussy now she asks to be fed . It helped with itching and had made her runny poo's a thing of the past . Delivery is quick continually getting updates as to when and time and if your'e not ready for your next delivery you just change the date no quibble no stress till you require it . It's changed my dogs life and mine .

This company are so easy to work with. Quick and helpful responses when I have any queries. Great advice on choosing the correct food to suit my dogs grain sensitivity. My old dog now has far less hip pain and he’s bouncing around all over the place! Stools are consistently solid. They both really enjoy the food! I have needed to up the amount of suggested food, which has made it more expensive, but looking at the benefits to their health it’s worth it! bb. The website is easy to use and allows you to adjust delivery dates, add treats etc. rewards for referring friends and no locked in monthly.

Food is excellent delivery is very poor. Originally food was delivered by Evri change to Amazon no time slot not delivered on the day ordered. Such a shame that the excellent food is spoilt by poor delivery.

We were recommended Pure by our dog trainer. And he wasn't wrong. Ruby loves it.

Margot loves the food. She is very healthy and despite being a greedy corgi her weight is always the same on Pure food. Communication with the company is excellent and food is sent out very quickly if we're running low.

As always excellent service and communication. If I ever email to ask them something I always get a quick reply back and they couldn’t be any more helpful. Our dog also loves the food!

I have a furry family member who is 13 and has Addisons, the food he was on before he had a few toilet issues and I did some research on his food, thinking maybe the odd toilet issue was part of his illness. Found out the dry food was not the best for dogs with Addisons. 2 days ago Charlie started his pure food plan. Sounds mad but he has lots more energy, his poo's are firmer and he seems happier. He loves the food and I did as instructed for the first day. Today he has had only the pure food as he seems to love it. I have also been able to give him the treats I ordered, which he has not had treats for over a year. I am so glad I came across this company as the food really seems to be great for Charlie and his health condition. Love the fact it is great for less packaging too. I would recommend this food

I received a call this week from the customer service team, Rebecca Jones. She was a breath of fresh air with knowledge and advice. No purchasing pressure just pooch interests and if she could help in any way. I had to cancel one of my dogs subscriptions due to my exbreeding rescue having tummy upset which is sadly a recurring issue and we had accumulated a lot of pure food to use up. However Rebecca was so interested in helping me to help my pooch. I have received some samples for tender tummy problems from Pure that I would like to try and hope it agrees with my pooch so we can continue to use Pure food for her as she was thriving on it up until recently.

They are excellent in contact and y dog rushes to eat his food now He used to spin it out over several hours.
