I have been using PSA Financial…

I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

I was going to purchase a car from…

I was going to purchase a car from Tates in Crawley to be financed by PSA the sale never went ahead as I was quoted a different price on collection,so I tried to remove the credit search as I feel this was done unnecessarily,which could now hinder my chances of future finance

La location longue durée avec ce…

La location longue durée avec ce prestataire est à fuir !! Crédipar/Psa/Free2move sont des voleurs de première. Leurs services sont injoignables. Nous sommes en litige avec eux suite à un sinistre et nous ne pouvons joindre personne de responsable et personne ne répond à nos courriers recommandés. Nous avons plusieurs autres véhicules avec eux en location en temps que professionnels et le relationnel est catastrophique (inexistant). A la restitution des véhicules on vous demande des sommes exorbitantes, les véhicules devant être rendus plus neufs que neufs. C'est de l'arnaque pure et simple du consommateur. Cette entreprise n'a rien compris au service client et malheureusement cela va rejaillir sur les concessionnaires partenaires avec qui nous refuserons désormais de travailler.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have, unfortunately had the misfortune to come across this bunch of jokers as I took out a service contract via Drivers of Prestatyn for my new car. They have taken 3 payments in the same month, one of which was taken 9 days early! The dealership don't seem to be able to get a response to either emails or phone calls so trying to establish why this happened and get confirmation it won't happen again, never mind an apology, is nigh on impossible. I would avoid them at all costs as you never seen to know when they plan to dip into your bank account next.

Ladrones

Un servicio pésimo, pagué la cuota final por lo qué queda liquidada en su totatildady aún así me siguen cobrando una pequeña cuota que po supuesto devuelvo cada mes, llevo 4 meses así estoy cansada de ponerme en contacto con ellos cómo puedo, por que tampoco facilitan nada, reclamándo qué dejen de cobrarme esas cuotas, pero siguen haciéndolo. CUIDADO Y VIGILAD QUÉ NO OS HAGAN LO MISMO!!!!!! Sin duda nunca más pienso contratar nada con ellos son unos ladrones.

Traded my car to a motor trader who…

Traded my car to a motor trader who paid the settlement figure that PSA finance had stated was left, I have seen proof from the motor trader company that the payment has been made, however PSA are harassing me for my monthly payments?? Even though it should have been paid off?? Really unsure what to do as PSA are useless!! Can anyone recommend advice?

Phoned to ask for some advice via chat re my PCP and the ‘advisor’ responded with 'read the facts and figures'. Thank you, that was really insightful and helpful as the reason I was asking is because I didn’t understand the facts and figures. PSA have responded to say there was nothing wrong with the chat, so therefore it’s all fine.

Utter crap

Hope to god that these people don't owe you a refund. I've spoken to about 5 different people who have told me 5 different things. All agree I'm owed a refund but I've been waiting over a month. Online tickets and emails get no response. Absolutely useless Customer service despite being promised again and again I'll receive the money in 3-5 working days.
