I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

La experiencia perfecta, Pascal el vendedor de Carza, muy atento, me ha acompañado en mi primera experiencia con un Peugeot 2008 híbrido automático, de momento la experiencia genial.

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where to start? This company are APPALLING. My business partner and I want to end our partnership and to do so she needs to take her name off the agreement for our Citroen van and I need to add another guarantor… fairly simple you’d imagine? Not at all… every single person we’ve had the misfortune to deal with at PSA has given different advice. At the beginning of this shambles in September we were told to add another guarantor who has to also be a director, this we did, they were turned down along with the SECOND person I put forward… we’ve just been told today? We can’t add a new guarantor and also? I Can’t buy the van outright as we’ve got to pay an early settlement fee and hand the van back so they can sell it at auction! How does that make any sense when we’re offering to pay the market value even though we should just be able to add a new guarantor? What an absolute joke of a company who seem to want my small business which I’m working hard to keep going (and incidentally is doing really well) to go to the wall. I have never received such slack customer service and I cannot believe how unhelpful they’ve been. I would NEVER recommend this company and the stress they have caused has been unbelievable. If anyone has any advice I’d love to hear it especially if that took the form of an ACTUAL person from PSA making an ACTUAL call to me!!

De vergüenza. Te ofrecen un servicio y cuando decides a los dos días de ver si te interesa, te das de baja y al mes siguiente te empiezan a cobrar el seguro que no habías contratado que por curarme en salud mandé un correo electrónico para verificar que no quería dicho seguro. Intento hablar por teléfono y me cuelgan los gratuitos, el 11887 a saber lo que me costará, a los 3 minutos se corta y no deja volver a llamar. De escándalo.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Awful company. Happily take your money for years, then when you have a problem refuse to work on a suitable solution. DO NOT HAVE ANY CORROSION on your wheels, they charge £65 for even the smallest piece, they Peugeot wheels are very poor quality and corrode in the first few years so make a warranty claim before you return the car. They WILL NOT treat you well when you explain the issue

Je mets une étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre "0". 4 semaines, pour une reprise de location et toujours pas de réponse. Appel PSA Finance chaque semaine et toujours des personnes incompétentes, et qui n'ont pas accès au dossier. Le service client ne sert à rien car il n'apporte pas d'autre réponse que : "soyez patients", le service qui s'occupe de votre dossier n'est pas joignable. etc etc etc...

Take money from account - and lie

This company, sad to say, is full of liars. I had already paid for my settlement in full (despite the fact the amount is disputed). Then they take the same amount of money from my bank and when I contact them say "we will pay you back in 10 days, and we don't care if you run up overdraft fees" (word for word in the chat). I had already spoken to them and said I would pay online - they assured me they wouldn't take the direct debit. Absolute liars. If only I could give zero stars.

Absolutely dismal customer service

Absolutely dismal customer service. Trying to sort out an outstanding payment. Either poor line or get cut off. Today again when trying to clarify outstanding payment issue, having conversation, agent puts me on hold to verify with another department and in process again get cut off. Ring back and message comes up they are closed. So annoying! Also they answer email correspondence with calls until its too late to sort out the issue. I'm in meetings all day , haven't got time to waste and mess around.

SAV zéro pointé

Vous tombez sur des personnes qui ni comprennent rien, et vous passent d'une personne à une autre....pour finalement vous raccrocher au nez parce qu'ils n'ont pas de réponse à vous donner sur des erreurs qu'ils ont faites.
