Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Logging into websites with PIA
I really like PIA - but sometimes websites force me to log out of PIA to login to them. I'm not sure what makes some sites inaccessible when I'm logged in through PIA, but certain websites require that I log out to access them

Fantastic Product! highly recommended
My Surfshark account was running out so on a recommendation i took out a subscription with Private Internet Access. it was great value and cheaper than my previous company! so far its great, much much better than my expectations. the app for windows 11 is really nice, i don't have any problems connecting with my local network as i did with Surfshark. the speeds are good, and it's a good choice if you are doing any homelab work! It does it's job nicely sitting in the background giving you online protection without bothering you. i'm really impressed so far! i'm looking forward to setting up the app on all my devices, i love the look & feel of the windows app, so much better that what i've been using before! this is looking to be a really great purchase!! Highly recommended and not much money to invest in making you internet browsing more secure. its so nice to get a product that does it's job and so much more. i'm very happy!!!

Worst customer support ever
Support are -I don't know- children of 8 years old I think from Bangladesh? - Unable to read emails properly - Was asked 14 times same info, scrolling down, unable to do - They're unable to open attachments - Clearly they can't link names and email addresses to their own accounts, they have no clue of what's going on in their own company

Wel zo dat PIA VPN zeer goede VPN is
Wel zo dat PIA VPN zeer goede VPN is, maar gecombineerd met falende licentie en helpdesk beleid. Nov22 abonnement met VPN 24mnd+4mnd gratis en anti-virus aangegaan. Anti-virus werkte niet, na installatie zou dit opstarten en gebeurde niets. Toen andere antivirus geïnstalleerd. Nov24, wordt mij ongeveer €35 gefactureerd via auto renewal en toen de renewal stopgezet. Mrt24 werkt de VPN niet meer. Helpdesk gecontacteerd en blijkt dat renewal van nov24 enkel voor het anti-virus was. Dan voor nimmer gebruikte anti-virus cashback op enkel de renewal gevraagd. Men zegt dat ik wel vrij laat ben met het terugvragen voor de verlenging van het ant-virus, maar dat komt omdat enkel VPN 24+4maand was en anti-virus 24maand, zodat dit maar bij afsluiten VPN duidelijk was. Gevraagd om deze niet werkende anti-virus terug te betalen, temeer ook na al die jaren het installeren ervan herhalen op niets uitdraait, op mijn klantenzone staat dat alles verlopen is terwijl dan niet begrijp dat ik in nov24 betaalde voor 2 jaar anti-virus en volgens de website dit anti-virus geïntegreerd zit in VPN, die werd afgesloten. Krijg steeds mails dat ticket werd afgesloten omdat ik niet reageer op hun antwoord, terwijl het bericht dat ticket werd afgesloten het enige ontvangen antwoord is. Schort wat aan hun mail antwoord systeem en men begrijpt hun eigen software niet, gezien men anti-virus automatisch afzonderlijk voor 2 extra jaren verlengt en voor moest dit werken ook enkel kan mits verlenging van de andere software.
