I wanted to leave a review to share on some fabulous customer service I have just received from Michelle. Prime property management have only recently taken over the running of the development where I live but I had to share the wonderful experience I had with Michelle this morning. I’m currently going through the process of remortgaging my property which is a little stressful and I needed a copy of an important document so I decided to give them a call - Michelle answered straight away and she was so friendly and polite. She took my details and asked what my query was regarding and when I explained about the document I needed she quickly said I can get that over to you straight away - she confirmed my email address and we ended the call. I’ll be honest I was worried as to when she was would send it but it appeared in my mailbox within minutes as promised. This might not seem like a lot but this hugely helped me out and has meant I have put trust in Michelle and prime property management that if I have queried again they will help me out. Class service and once again thank you Michelle, you were so lovely to talk to and you acted quickly. Huge thanks

When Prime Property Management took over the management of Berwick House there was an immediate improvement in the administration and co-ordination run by Lauren Bennett. What a difference Lauren has initiated with regular updates and timely responses to any queries, a credit to Prime Property.

Prime Property Management took over managing our block a number of years ago and have been brilliant. They are very professional and extremely understanding and helpful, in particular our branch manager Louise Hebden, who has always been there to give advice and solve any issues, being very approachable and kind. Any queries or issues I’ve had, have always been listened to and dealt with and I’m so grateful!

Fantastic service. Hannah has been incredibly accommodating and on top of the property requirements. I have appreciated how she has adapted her service to suit our unique needs. My typical experience with property managers has been an uncomfortable one and I traditionally have experienced a level of hostility. With Prime and Hannah it has been quite the opposite. They have been very polite, aware, and fast to act. It’s quite clear that they really care about what they do. I would definitely recommend.
