I recently had an issue which was causing me a significant amount of stress. Michelle yates from the Accounts department was incredibly understanding, and massively helpful with sorting this out for me promptly and effectively. Her level of customer service is unmatched and it was so nice to have somebody who genuinely cares about and wanted to solve my issues.

PrimePM have been pretty good and helpful, they could benefit greatly from the use of technology i.e a customer site that managers the building, shows on going issues, status etc. to avoid long email chains were things get lost in the shuffle. But this is the case at other similar firms I have used before, so they are not alone. Hannah is new for our property and been proactive in trying to get things done and chasing people.

I contact prime property management on several occasions. Responses to my queries came in lightning speed- instantly. The people were very professional, friendly, caring, helpful, efficient and prompt. Victoria Codd, Michelle Yates were excellent!!
