The roof work on our property…

The roof work on our property coordinated by Kellan and Francesca was well organised. Residents were kept informed throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the level of communication, transparency and clarity through the process.

Very happy with Fiona our agent

Our new agent Fiona is a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond to help us. We have a far from run-of-the-mill property which Fiona took on a few months before our year end. It was a baptism of fire but she hit the ground running and it doing a marvellous job!

I had a very positive experience…

I had a very positive experience recently with Prime Management’s property manager Sarah-Jane Cope. On Sunday 23 Feb. both my bath and toilet started to bubble up and rumblings could be heard coming from underneath the bath. The toilet filled up with water and try as I might I couldn’t get the water to go down as the toilet was blocked. I was at my wits end as I had had a terrible incident a few years ago when I came home from work to find that the toilet and bath had overflowed into my bathroom and passageway bringing with them, the contents of the neighbours flats above me. (I’m on the ground floor.) I was terrified that the same was happening again. Luckily this was a Sunday, I was in and could take action. I called Prime’s number in the hope that someone would pick up. The phone was answered promptly by Sarah-Jane Cope, Property Manager. After I explained what was happening, she took prompt action. Within an hour, a plumber arrived and the outside drain was being investigated as well as my toilet and bath. Sarah-Jane’s prompt action put me at ease. I can’t thank her enough for her prompt action. She was very calm, recognised I was distressed, treated me with the greatest respect and dealt with the matter immediately. Thank you very much Sarah-Jane.

I called with an emergency where the lock on the front door had come off and we were unable to leave the building. Brooke Stunt attended to the matter speedily and arranged for a locksmith to arrive in less than 2 hours. I really valued the quick response by her given the urgency of the situation. Many thanks!

This review focuses on Prime's legal section and in particular on Aisha Rasool. As a Director of a residential block's management committee I was recently required to sign an important document relating to one of the flats. Firstly Aisha was very helpful in clarifying the import of the document in question and subsequently in making the time-sensitive arrangements to get the document signed by myself and by one other director. Unfortunately, it transpired that my local sorting office was experiencing significant difficulties owing to sickness, so that Aisha's careful arrangement to get the document to me along with a second stamped envelope for me to forward the document to my colleague was undermined as the item was delayed by a good two weeks. When it arrived I had to pay the postage to forward the document as the delay had been so long that the SAE from Aisha was no longer valid. I paid anew and the signed document was back with Prime in a day or so, both of us Directors have now been reimbursed for our expenditure. Thank you, Aisha, for your patient management of this disrupted operation.
