I had a very positive experience recently with Prime Management’s property manager Sarah-Jane Cope. On Sunday 23 Feb. both my bath and toilet started to bubble up and rumblings could be heard coming from underneath the bath. The toilet filled up with water and try as I might I couldn’t get the water to go down as the toilet was blocked. I was at my wits end as I had had a terrible incident a few years ago when I came home from work to find that the toilet and bath had overflowed into my bathroom and passageway bringing with them, the contents of the neighbours flats above me. (I’m on the ground floor.) I was terrified that the same was happening again. Luckily this was a Sunday, I was in and could take action. I called Prime’s number in the hope that someone would pick up. The phone was answered promptly by Sarah-Jane Cope, Property Manager. After I explained what was happening, she took prompt action. Within an hour, a plumber arrived and the outside drain was being investigated as well as my toilet and bath. Sarah-Jane’s prompt action put me at ease. I can’t thank her enough for her prompt action. She was very calm, recognised I was distressed, treated me with the greatest respect and dealt with the matter immediately. Thank you very much Sarah-Jane.
