This is based only on my interaction with Anita from the Administration department. My call was returned after I left a voicemail message requesting a replacement key for the front door. Anita took my order and swiftly dispatched the key in the post. I received the key the following day. Anita was patient on the phone and called back when the call dropped due to a poor signal. I also received an email checking if I had received the key. Thanks, Anita. J

I really appreciate Liam Butcher and Jodie Williamson's response time on an important issue. They were able to quickly and efficiently make necessary arrangements, making it simple to schedule maintenance. As a non-resident landlord, it's super important to me to trust and have clear, responsive, communication with my managing agents. PrimePM has done a great job, especially recently, with outreach such as their resident and company newsletters.

I had to call Prime at a weekend and although it was not directly a Prime issue, the agent on call, Grace Rogers, handled my issue with professionalism, expertise and curtesy. She went that extra mile to help, I was very impressed. My elderly parents who are the client always speak positively about Prime and how easy they are to communicate with, something I rarely find in my experience with property management companies Well done Prime, very impressed !

Tierney is a brilliant manager. She is responsive and deals with the inevitable situations that arise in a large residential block. Her turn around time is fast and she addresses the issues. To give some context. Prime property management took over the management of the block where I have a leasehold flat. The previous company Trinity Estates were shocking. They did little or nothing, spent as little money as they could get away with and increased Service Charges by 150% over ten years. They were ousted after leaseholders took action to get rid of them. Prime took over. The service charge went back to a level that would be equivalent to RPI inflation rates for the period. This more affordable/ reasonable service charge also took into account the hard work and investment Prime had to put in to make up for the years of neglect by Trinity. I repeat, Tierney and her team are 100% professional. Any groups of leaseholders looking to change management company should consider Prime.
