As the owner of rental properties, one is more reliant on the managing agent. I have found Prime in general and Fergun Dalton, in particular, not just responsive which is a given but willing to help and guide. Sadly the same cannot be said of many others.

Since Prime has been managing my estate, I have been very impressed with the way that it has done so. The estate manager, Fergus Dalton, has always responded to my emails promptly and has taken prompt remedial action. Two specific instances have been failure of the lighting in communal areas of the building and flooding of several garages. He has also put in place a programme of planned maintenance for the estate and has lined up major works to be commenced this coming spring. I would recommend both Prime and Fergus for anyone looking for competent management of an estate. Well worth the five stars.

This company has taken over the management of our block a year ago. Our site manager is Lauren Bennett Initially we had immediate response to any queries that arose. As time has gone on, they are giving us a less than satisfactory service. I accept that there are problems with fire safety in the block but they are not keeping shareholders informed of the state of progress. Our service charge has increased by 110% and we are having to pay it immediately in total. This is impossible for many of us. I have been waiting for replies to my queries for well over a month.
