Great Property Manager

Fergus Dalton has always been very responsive and helpful. Most recently he has supported myself in sorting a leak from the property above. He’s always there to help. Very grateful to have a such a great property manager. Thank you!

Friendly and professional help - what a change these days…

Anita was incredibly helpful and professional the way she dealt with my query. Unfortunately this is rather unusual these days. Despite the fact we had a very bad line on the phone she found out what my problem was, asked a few people, and came back to me with the answer within what seemed like just a couple of minutes. She could not have helped me any better.

Top Quality Management

Prime Property have been managing my property for a couple of years now and have offered a very good level of service. They are very responsive to queries, assist with day to day issues and have a very pragmatic approach. We are also currently looking at a new management company for another property we have and have recommended Prime Property due to the positive experience we have had. Flexible Payment

I would to say that Emily Forbes provided outstanding customer service. Typically I need to pay my annual Service every 6 months in a lump sum. Emily enabled me to pay this on a monthly basis by working with her Credit Control Team. This has been a great benefit to me and enables me to budget much more effectively and have peace of mind that I am not being hit with big unexpected bills.
