Anita was incredibly helpful and professional the way she dealt with my query. Unfortunately this is rather unusual these days. Despite the fact we had a very bad line on the phone she found out what my problem was, asked a few people, and came back to me with the answer within what seemed like just a couple of minutes. She could not have helped me any better.

I would to say that Emily Forbes provided outstanding customer service. Typically I need to pay my annual Service every 6 months in a lump sum. Emily enabled me to pay this on a monthly basis by working with her Credit Control Team. This has been a great benefit to me and enables me to budget much more effectively and have peace of mind that I am not being hit with big unexpected bills.
