Continual lack of response
This company has taken over the management of our block a year ago. Our site manager is Lauren Bennett Initially we had immediate response to any queries that arose. As time has gone on, they are giving us a less than satisfactory service. I accept that there are problems with fire safety in the block but they are not keeping shareholders informed of the state of progress. Our service charge has increased by 110% and we are having to pay it immediately in total. This is impossible for many of us. I have been waiting for replies to my queries for well over a month.
