Prime's Buried "1 Star" Reviews. I have noticed a concerning trend in Prime's Trustpilot reviews that raises questions about the integrity of the platform's review system. It seems that negative "1 Star" reviews are being buried beneath older positive reviews, potentially hiding critical feedback from customers. For instance, a recent negative review, posted just '6 days ago' in July 2023, has been buried beneath a positive review created on the 15th of March, which was posted before the negative review was even written. This raises the question: How is it possible for a newer review to be hidden beneath an older review? I wonder if this pattern suggests a deliberate attempt to manipulate the perception of a reputation by pushing negative feedback out of sight. If that's the case, it would be concerning and could mislead potential customers. As a responsible reviewer, I will keep my negative review for now, as I believe in providing honest and transparent feedback to help others make informed decisions. However, they have to be able to read it. I urge Trustpilot to investigate this issue and ensure that all reviews, positive or negative, are treated fairly and displayed in a way that accurately represents customers' experiences. Transparency and trust are vital in online reviews, and addressing this issue would benefit both consumers and businesses seeking genuine feedback. Otherwise, what use is there posting negative reviews?

Iβm a flat owner, the company went down the drain since appointing Lauren Bennett as s manager , she does not respond to phones or emails , you end up doing her job , can not even justify my contribution to her salary , while the rest will turn tables , twist facts to cover for her disasters. Avoid prime property management at any cost , Iβll do my best to convince my neighbours to find another company ,Iβll complain to the property ombudsman as well

I cannot believe this company is offering ten pounds voucher for a good review on Trust pilot and the company is as shady as shady comes. they have failed the estate i am a leaseholder in and have spent all the reserve money without any audits. please do not remove my review, it is important other people know that Prime management is not what they say,

It was my first contact with Prime as I had only recently moved into my apartment. On answering my call, my assigned agent was not available but the person who answered my call, offered to help and did so immediately, answering my questions and giving explanations to queries. She was friendly and professional and was a great introduction to the company. Her name was Anita Sloane, who I hope answers my call the next time I have an issue to raise.

We have lived in our property since 2021 and never had any complaints, very well maintained building and all information is very clear for the building and parking in general. Recently we had to contact Prime about some property licensing and information, not sure having to speak to, we were passed on several times so we could get to the right people. Every person was super helpful and the responses were much faster than I thought they would be. Thank you to Fergus for being helpful with pointing us in the right direction and a huge thank you to Victoria Devane who has been in constant communication with us in regards to our query, she has been super helpful and the fast communication is incredible!
