Great service. Prime are always there to help. We have a dedicated property manager, James who will answer requests for assistance immediately, keeps on top of what is a high workload from this old property and is always supportive.

Resident over at Deverall Court since theses Jokers of taken over we have had all our savings in our resident account wiped out spent Β£30,000 pounds on removing cladding and in the latest accounts have charged us Β£140,000 pounds for the privilege. Plus we had an office in the block that I believe they are trying to sell as well. You have been warned.

We appointed Prime in 2018 to manage the RTM process for our 31-flat block in SW London, and as our managing agent since then. They are efficient and responsive. They have just managed the redecoration of the internal areas, overseen by Leigh Parker, which went smoothly and with a minimum of disruption.

I moved into my apartment in 2019 December and up to date no parking permit until Friday 16/06 speaking with Amy in Prime management who supported me all through by sending an email on my behalf to fast-track my getting the parking permit. And she also called me back to give me feedback. To my amazement, my permit was delivered on Saturday 17/06. I will like to express my gratitude to Amy for being professional, friendly and reliable.
