Anna played a key role in the sale of a Lease for a Property managed by Prime. The deal had ground to a halt and she brought it back on track clarifying critical insurance policy details to the relevant Lenders and Solicitors to complete before Stamp Duty increases (and mitigating £10k in stamp duty)

I have received considerable assistance from Fiona Minnett, Junior Property Manager at PPM, in chasing Loss Adjusters to accelerate the process of agreeing to settle an insurance claim, which has now happened. She also was able to integrate, proactively, the appointed refurbishment Contractor, simultaneously with the pursuit of the Loss Adjuster, to ensure the programme of works flow is now likely to be also accelerated. Her telephone manner with me was responsive, courteous and confident, constantly keeping me 'in the loop'.

Today I have had the pleasure of talking to Anna Nicolaou in Primes Conveyancing team. She was extremely polite and helpful, she followed through on resolving my issue. We were trying to exchange contracts later this week on my flat and was holding off for responses back from the conveyancing team. She was very proactive and answered all of the points outstanding, I couldn't be happier at the outcome.

Had a parking problem in a development that Prime manage and Charlie Carter was very quick and responsive to sort it out. Prime is definitely much better than the previous managing agents who could not have cared less about the leaseholders or the development.
