We recently transitioned to Prime after experiencing significant challenges with our previous management company, particularly their lack of responsiveness to directors’ emails. As a result, important projects were delayed or left incomplete, preventing essential improvements to our property. I live in an apartment block that does not have great parking available for visitors. Over the last few weeks, I have had a few visitors who have needed to be able to park close by as they have had equipment to use and large items to deliver.
