We recently changed managing agents as our previous agents were hopeless. Prime are like a breath of fresh air and are very good at what they do. Even through the holiday period at Christmas time they seem to be at their desks and went out out of their way to assist me in selling my home by providing figures which I needed asap for my solicitor. Particularly I would like to point out Katy F for some of my praise, she is really good at her job and I could not be more pleased with our communications. Katy is extremely polite, pleasant and very helpful. I am happy with Prime Property Management as our new agent and will not hesitate to recommend them.

I was having severe problems with a neighbour playing very loud music at all times of the day and night for nearly a year until I bumped into the management of the building that the noise was coming from. From then on, the Junior Property Manager, Fiona Minnett took charge. She was and is absolutely amazing, investigating the problem, finding out which flat was the culprit, dealing with the video footage I’d taken of the noise, contacting the leaseholder of the flat so that they would talk to the tenant, getting the problem solved and communicating with me throughout the process. All done compassionately, professionally and thoroughly. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I can finally enjoy some peace in my home. Thank you Fiona!
