Gamze Kirby proved that stars do not only exist in the sky Extremely helpful, understanding and very dynamic. She was arranging the building front door change but knew I had no fob and no keys to gain entry as I come back late evening with no one at home to open the front block door for me either, she has gone above and beyond, messaged me a one off entry code , dropped me the fob and keys as well Which made huge difference Thank you Gamze, it has been a real pleasure to work with you.

Contacted Tia Booth of Prime Propery Management this morning, concerning two unexpected penalty charge notices, issued by Euro Parking Services Ltd., for what is my allocated bay. As can be expected, this is a situation that causes much anxiety and upset. Having explained my situation, Tia immediately recognised my concerns explaining to me the likely reason for those PCNs, while assuring me that the matter would be dealt with promptly. Apparently, Tia identified the cause as an administrative data issue. As such, the parking company were unable to recognise my vehicle as being legitimately parked. Tia assured me that my issued PCNs would be cancelled, that moving forward, all records are updated accordingly. It is because of Tia's level of understanding, interest and enthusiasm dealing with my matter promptly and effectively, why I have had no hesitation issuing her 5 Stars.!
