We recently transitioned to Prime after experiencing significant challenges with our previous management company, particularly their lack of responsiveness to directors’ emails. As a result, important projects were delayed or left incomplete, preventing essential improvements to our property. Since Kasey was assigned as our new account manager, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism. Despite the difficulties in obtaining information and bank account details from our previous management company, Kasey persevered with the support of Lauren to successfully secure the necessary information. From the outset, Kasey has taken ownership of our account with confidence, responding to emails promptly and attentively addressing both ongoing and new projects aimed at enhancing our property. Additionally, she has proactively engaged with contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently while securing competitive quotes. It has been a pleasure working with Kasey, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration on upcoming projects that will further improve our property. Thank you!
