Postoffice has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.
My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.
Long Ashton Post Office is an incredible business. Always have anwers, always helpful, polite and they get the job done for you!
Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Just seen the Mr Bates vs the post office documentary. How on earth could do that to own staff is unbelievable. The lives you have destroyed is absolutely disgusting. Paula Vennels a CBE for work in the post office are you joking, I've signed the petition for this to be stripped from her. The staff in the post office I have been in are always been amazing. How could you do this to them? How do you sleep at night?

Having had 3 items going missing between York and Morcambe sorting office the items were photos of my deceased 😢 mum, a birthday card,and personal mail my guess theft within the post office, And know this scandle of how the post office persecution of former post masters when quite clearly 🙄 the CEO at the time lied and ruined people's lives Danny Sellers

My local Post office is great. Been following the Horizon scandal for a few years now and find myself compelled to write. The depth of criminal, corporate, psychopathy driven by the people at the very top to the internal investigators that must have known they were fitting up honourable people. The Horizon helpline who kept telling these poor helpless people "No one else is having a problem" when it would have been clear to them, they were obviously given script to LIE. Call center people have very narrow margins for deviancy. The Taxpayer will have to fund this horrible miscarriage but lets see some jailtime and loss of high earners pensions that had anything to do with this crime, lied or told others too. Justice has been missing for over 20 years, people have died, or have lives ruined willfully. POST OFFICE DO THE RIGHT THING and release all documentation and call logs!

The Post Office went wrong. Rotten to the core and reprehensible for the actions of top brass and Fujitsu for allowing this total miscarriage of justice against ordinary people to take place. You went out of your way to obstruct investigations and conceal facts. You are guilty of all the things you will be charged with when the investigation concludes. This investigation should have started 20 years ago. Paula Vennells should be stripped of her CBE and how she carries on her duties as a priest is unethical

Whist Paula Vennells has a CBE and not prosecuted for her crimes. I will not have dealings with a Post Office. Regardless if the post master is self employed or not. By using a post office we are supporting the corruption.
