Parcel returned from Royal mail

Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.

My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon. This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY. If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD. On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.

Possibly the worst delivery company in…

Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.

Law unto themselves

Having heard the documentary on Radio 4 three years ago I can't believe this has still not been resolved. It is disgraceful the way they treated their sub post masters. It should be dismantled from the top down and those in charge punished as they punished innocent people.

Once they sort out proper compensation for all of the lives and reputations ruined by this disgusting organisation they need to go after those responsible for this scandal. There are no doubt many guilty people who are responsible and not just Vennells. They need to be prosecuted and jailed. Let them feel the Karma.

The scandal has shown how low the post office and fujitsu will stoop in the name of profit. I will never use either again. The turds at the top of both organizations should pay the compensation to their victims and not the tax payer. The pm is trying get this done as quick as possible, shame on you too. Never use them again.

Should be rebranded as the Royal Fail!

Paid extra for an important document to be delivered. Received a text message yesterday to confirm delivery due by midday today. Received another message at 11.00 to confirm delivery slot. Received a third message just past delivery slot to say that document could not be delivered due to property being inaccessible. Strangely, other post was delivered.

As bad as any criminal scam

An item a family member tried to send didn't have enough postage on it.... We paid the additional funds but still didn't receive it. That alone isn't too bad.... But the fact there is no way on the post office complaints system to raise the issue and get a refund is appalling..... It may as well have been an online scam.... Its just as bad... Proof of additional payment and card received regards the underpayment has been recieved but they won't listen.... They say Evri is bad, this is worse.... Westdale Lane Office, Nottingham Payment and item number available Government robbery!!
